my favorite burrito IN THE WORLD is sold there...filled with spicy vegan faux chorizo, tons of veggies, rice and cheese, and they will prepare it CRUNCHITO STYLE, which means they crumble corn chips into the burrito, which i have no idea why every burrito joint everywhere doesn't do the crunchito thing because it's GOOOOOD, so good i can't even construct a proper sentence about it, that's how good drool

that's an Enchilada

An enchilada (pronounced /ˌɛntʃɨˈlɑːdə/) is a corn tortilla rolled around a filling and covered with a chili pepper sauce. Enchiladas can be filled with a variety of ingredients, including meat, cheese, beans, potatoes, vegetables, seafood or combinations.

A burrito (IPA: /bəˈriːto/), or taco de harina, is a type of food found in Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisine. It consists of a flour tortilla wrapped or folded around a filling. The flour tortilla is usually lightly grilled or steamed, to soften it and make it more pliable. In Mexico, refried beans, Mexican rice, or meat are usually the only fillings and the tortilla is smaller in size. In the United States, however, fillings generally include a combination of ingredients such as Mexican rice, beans, lettuce, salsa, meat, guacamole, cheese, and sour cream, and the size varies, with some burritos considerably larger than their Mexican counterparts.

Sour and spicy Thai soup with chicken and mushrooms. Just put extra coconut milk in and some sour cream, to thicken it up.

Every little Mexican restaurant I went to in the Chicago area offered melted cheese on top of the burritos.

It wasn't like and enchilada, with the sauce on it, it was just a burrito with a bunch of cheese melted on it.
If you will, so will I

I had the best Tom Yam a few weeks back in Rayong. It had the coconut milk as usual, but extra tomatoes and tamarind. It was all red, kinda milky but also 'tomatoey' and sour. drool drool

There used to be a place in Chicago...in Wicker Park before it became all gentrified..rolleyes called El Chinos. The margaritas were to die for and the pollo burritos weighed about 5 lb. No one spoke English and the free chips used to go home with me in my pocket. giggle They stayed open all night on the weekends and when my brother and I would leave the club (Shelter) we would go eat there. First they took away their liquor license, then the Yuppies shut it down. I miss it and my brother. sad

My burrito had whole jalapenos, cilantro, guacamole, pollo, tomatoes, sour cream, onions, cotija, lettuce, and re-fried black beans with hot green chili sauce to go on top.

Anything they serve is awesome.

I like a bit of rice, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, guacamole, black beans, and def CHEESE. The regular stuff. I am not a fan of chicken or fish in a burrito. I want BEEF.
