It wasn't like and enchilada, with the sauce on it, it was just a burrito with a bunch of cheese melted on it. they tailor these things to local markets this is the place we go to here usually Dayum, that shit's expensive! $24 for fajitas?? I thought that kinda food was expensive here, and it is relatively speaking, but it's still only about 10 dollars for a couple of them.

my favorite burrito IN THE WORLD is sold there...filled with spicy vegan faux chorizo, tons of veggies, rice and cheese, and they will prepare it CRUNCHITO STYLE, which means they crumble corn chips into the burrito, which i have no idea why every burrito joint everywhere doesn't do the crunchito thing because it's GOOOOOD, so good i can't even construct a proper sentence about it, that's how good [Edited 5/12/09 21:00pm] You mean like Fritos? no, it's more like restaurant style chips, like the chips they put out with the salsa bar. though i am a firm believer that crumbling fritos on top of ANY dinner entree will improve it dramatically.

the secret to a great burrito is to pan fry the tortilla in oil or butter so it's a bit crispy (and tasty) before inserting the contents. But don't leave it in the frying pan too long so that you can't roll it.

next time I tried microwaving it blech, that makes it soggy. It also comes out crispy if you put the whole thing in the oven or a toaster oven, but when I discovered the pan fry method...
