I bought me a new computer today just because i felt like spending money!! Went to Circuit City first and the customer service was great. So I said I'll be back after I go to Best Buy!! Well no one offer to help me there, i was standing there and they were looking at me stupid!! So when i walk off, the manager came over to me and said. did anyone help you yet, i said, no but iwill buy my computer from Circuit City! So i left and now i bought my 469 dollar fast computer today!!

Customer Service does a whole lot for businesses and today Best Buy lost my business cause theres were pathetic.

I like Circuit City too.

I have the opposite problem. I can never get any help at Circuit City and then at Best Buy, they try to help me as soon as they spot me

always choose Circuit City over Best Buy for big ticket items. Best Buy has absolutely the worst customer/repair/warranty service in the business.

That's great! I work in retail and I swear Customer Service makes all the difference in the world. You did the right thing in going somewhere else and in letting the manager know why.

I hear that Blockbuster is putting up a $1 billion buyout for Circuit City. But due to a dip in CC shares Wednesday, a takeover deal might seem unlikely.

Still, have to say it's nice to see Circuit City get the lions share these days instead of Best Buy.
