I write to recommend that you hire mdiver. And I recommend that you hire him fast because the way this guy rides his bike he probably won't be around for long.
I have been reading his posts for some time on the Org (don't ask...) and can attest to his abilities to type into a computer screen things that pop into his head. If this is the kind of person that you are looking for, then you have your man in mdiver.
