Pet Clothes...Whadayathink? ...Pink RL polo shirt
...Hooded Cashmere Dog Sweater ...Dog Fair Isle Sweater ...Alligator Lock Dog Collar ...Canvas-Leather Dog Carrier Cute....or are we going too far with the whole "dressing Fido" thing? Personally, I could see my pug Tiko in some of this stuff... (more items at: For the Pup) He was like a cock who thought the sun had risen to hear him crow.

I've met a bunch of dog people the last few years so I have to watch what I say these days but I really do think people who dress their animals have lost touch with something & are WAY too into their pets
I still like you though! On another note, 3 WEEKS!!! CONGRATS dude!

I have two short-haired, and one long-haired dog--(three total.) The older short-haired--a rat terrior/chiquaqua mix has always worn a sweated in the Winter. In fact, she waits until we put her sweater on before going outside. Now my little puppy-- Chiquaqua/Dachschund mix hasn't gone through a Winter yet, but I bought him a University of Texas "puppy" sweater for when it turns a little colder. LOL.. He didn't seem to mind it when I put it on him for size.
The long-haired dog--a border terrior/????? mix, doesn't really need a sweater, but on that rare occasion when it's freezing or below, I'll dress him in a sweater, too. He doesn't seem to mind either. The good news is I stop at the sweaters! The dogs don't wear shoes or dress-up for Halloween or anything like that. Now.. I do dress them in a bandana now and again when we go out for walks. It's funny though, but they actually seem to like "dressing-up"--probably because they sense they'll be going somewhere. Plus, they also seem to like their collars, too. It's like they'll sit just so I can put-on their collars. [Edited 10/21/07 7:07am]

I know someone who dressed all his dogs.
Even made them pink snowsuits last winter, with tails in them. The dogs loved them. They also had nightgowns and pajamas. BTW these are BIG dogs, Rotties and Dobermans. Just imagine a guard dog charging at you in a pink snowsuit. I still wouldn't want to be on their bad side.though. Oh Lord, I'm in for it now.
