I eat an orange and a banana. some cornflakes.
Later I go get junk food.
Sometimes I make soup, with potatoes and carrots.

But mostly I eat what I enjoy eating. I mean, if I eat healthy, I might live longer, but what's the point in living longer if you can't enjoy your food?

Fresh veggies. I am never without a bag of carrots. Snap peas are good for a snack too, but I don't do them as much.
If I crave sweets I try to go for fresh fruits.
Low fat/low sugar yogurt is good too, but doesn't always fill me up. I just like getting the calcium and cultures.

PS - I'm officially back on the healthy kick again.

ugh.

But it's good for me.

I've managed to maintain my loss of 3 clothing sizes I went down last year. So now I'm trying to lose 3 more.

Here's hoping. pray

I'm not sure how healthy falafel is, with all the rest of the ingredients. And the fact it's deep fried in oil.

I love most fruits, and a sallad now and then, but only as a snack, between junk food meals.

We've found a place in Toronto that makes them like in Israel. but it's still not as good as some places. There's one in Jerusalem that is considered the best.
