i have trouble swallowing... stuff

lol but these big assed vitamin pills
the only way i can get them down is to shake my head before swallowing
is that weird??

my sis always has trouble swallowing pills. has to swallow one at a time. i've always been able to down about 5 or 6 at a time, and the big ass pills too, not little baby aspirins!

There is such a thing as a "pill taking cup"..it has a small shelf on the rim of the cup where you put the tablet, and then as you drink the water..it washes the pill into your mouth without any harm/trepidation

The trick is I guess is just not to think about swallowing it. Stick it to the back of your throat and think of something pleasurable. Have a glass of water to hand of cause.

I used to swallow pills in reverse order. I'd put water I my mouth and drop the pill in, then swallow the water--it's my patented toilet method.

My girlfriend regularly chokes not just on pills, but a plain old glass of water. Her brother does too, it's like a genetic drinking problem.

I feel you. I didn't learn how to swallow pills until I was like 10. They can be really tricky if they are the big ass horse pills.

I have problems swallowing pills too considering my other talents they should fall right down my throat but a stupid aspirin and I'm strugglin
