does it go into a trash that is emptied later? where you could retrieve it? I don't know anything about AOL, but you can do that in Yahoo, plus you have to un-spam the address of that sender from the spam adress list.

If you are using AOL 9.0, go to the top task bar and left-click the word "mail".

There will be a dropdown menu that appears; scroll down to "recently deleted mail" and click that or, when the dropdown menu is visible, merely hit the "d" key.

If your email is to be found anywhere after deletion, it will be there.

Bear in mind however that the recently deleted mail folder is periodically automatically emptied, so if the email was deleted X number of days ago it may already be permanently deleted.

Good luck. I hope you are able to retrieve your mail.

Call aol up. tell them that you want to cancel your account because you can't get this email back. I'm sure they'll find a way to help you.

You can check your AOL mail through the web as well by going to aol.com and logging in with your ID and password. Once you login, you should see a link labeled "recently deleted mail"

that peanus enlargement herb doesn't work.

as for AOL help, the best thing I can sugest is you get off AOL
News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
Bad News: Prince wasted too much quality time doing so.
You have those internalized issues because you want to, you like to, stop.
