i agree w/you, free. p&p aren't stupid; at this point they must know that their grandmother wasn't "kidnapped", that there was nothing preventing her from contacting them, if she really wanted to. like alpha says, there's probably a really sad reason for the family's overall "loose", hands off "raising" of them. but still, this family expects these kids to get up on the stand at some point, and reveal the most intimate details of their father's life, all for money that they themselves don't need. i don't see a happy future for any of these children.

Here is what I think about that kidnapping incident. I was mad at the family for not giving her the phone and those text messages, but there has to be information we don't know, so we don't know the whole context, even if rebbie, janet and randy were being creeps. I do know for a fact Katherine was crying nonstop in interviews shortly before the incident, so maybe this could have been an intervention and they're denying it or not telling the kids, maybe those kids were triggering her or stressing her out. It sounds like they were abandoned, but they could have dealt with their concerns properly so that Paris didn't have to go online and cause an uproar. I don't blame her for doing it, but she wouldn't have had to if she had proper guidance in the first place.

well, we're going to know soon enough as p&p are on the witness lists for the case. i'm pretty sure even if the family doesn't call them, the defense will try to. it is possible that the kids are a handful for an 80 yr old woman; however, i don't understand the reasons why janet, rebbie and randy would go out of their way to antagonize mj3 in the way they did. we never would have known anything about it if they had just been upfront: "grandma needs a break, we're taking her to az, we'll have her call you in a couple of days unless there is an emergency." done. but to go out of their way to clown and make light of paris' frantic tweets by releasing photos of granny playing cards, relaxing with other grandchildren was straight up cold. not to mention janet's message to not let prince talk to kat. straight up cold.

Exactly, the miscommunication bit messed everything up. Rebbie has been a shady character to me for a long time anyways, and though I'm a janet fan, I don't agree with her actions of the past few years that much and how she's handled herself at times, but I just stick to the music and memories and try to focus on what I love about her, even if she's acted weird. Randy, I don't even have to spell it out I do feel bad for the kids and they deserve better, I sometimes wonder what they've done to deserve all this. Having all that money left for them is not going to make them happy, they had their dad and he's gone. I don't blame mj for his death, but I'm upset he felt he had to take the stupid propofol and was stubborn and a people pleaser.

Anyways, back to the music. I stumbled upon this recently, and I'll be damned if this doesn't get a dvd release sometime! I can see why people like the Jacksons better than the Bad tour though I still love the Bad tour, this is really magic, and the Billie Jean music video with the brothers takes me back to how I started loving mj in the 80's

You don't know the behind the scenes reason for Janet to do that. So don't post judgement on Janet....

I do think Janet has cold traits sometimes and people have to do that to survive sometimes, but she and the others made the problem escalate. The media was makng it out to be way more than it was. Plus the media finally had another excuse to try to drag Janet's name in the mud. But it didn't work did it? Paris was just mad. Because she knows that she has a lot of control. Since she realizes now, she is going to inherit millions from her late daddies estate. But she didn't have control that day did she? That is why she went to twitter. She is such a brat. But a smart one. Now she cozing up to her biological mother. Which is a disaster in the making..

Learned from the trial? It's because of Debbie Sneddon had huge amounts of egg in his face. Her making a fool out of him was huge for MJ's case. It's like she said all that stuff aginst MJ and those fools thought she was on their side, but she instead helped MJ tremendously when she testified. The aftermath in the media was just hilarious. People couldn't believe Sneddon allowed himself to get duped by her.

This is the main reason MJ kept his children out of the media, because he knew they would get judged and treated poorly by people like yourself. She gets called a brat and judged by you and yet the 47-year old woman who did a mistake last year, doesn't get no bashing? Absolutely. And they lost their dear Daddy and have no other parent (Debbie doesn't count). Whatever happened during that 'kidnapping debacle' the blame has to fall on the adults. Why haven't Rebbie and Janet stepped up and helped Katherine with Mike's children is mindboggling to me (plus the brothers).

I think PPB will be okay in life though. They do have each other. Plus they got an amazing early start with MJ - lotsa love. If the base is strong, the tree will flourish.

Thank god for people like you Free2BMe, this person has selective reading and can't even read that I said I like Janet, but don't agree with her sometimes. No one made her god that I have to like everything she does, and don't blame the kids for getting online though it really could have been avoided if the adults were responsible. If Katherine had a hard time, it was from her son's grief, and from raising teenagers growing up in a different generation from her with different values.

Pretty much....Anybody who thinks its okay for grown adult fans to call a 14 year old girl a bitch and to call a man who cries because he can not find his mother a coward is sick in the head.
