Unbelievable!

"When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."

Michael used to cake make up on his face. He did this for a long time. Flashes from cameras sometimes made this lightness appear worse than it actually was. He certainly didn't look particularly 'white' in the studio with Stevie on on the BAD25 doc.

I wonder if Michael used Little Richard's Pancake 31 or whatever it was on his face that made him look like that. I always wondered that. hmmm Then again, you also have to blame Karen Faye for making his skin look clownish during the '90s. confused

OMG, Karen Faye and that stark makeup job of hers with the red lips. So harsh! She should've never been hired. Shameful. Michael was a handsome man. That woman did *not* know how to do Michael's makeup properly.

What did they do with Elvis? I just dont see how these documents that are supposed to be confidential were obtained by somebody and put up for auction for anybody to buy. confused I know the Estate has been notified, wonder if they'll be able to put a stop to this.

I always thought that the worst thing that was in his poor appearance since 1998 - a make-up in the first place, but why do you not think that MJ himself chose his make-up and gave instructions to his make-up artist?

he obviously liked to be a freak (or it was the role he was playing for his career expediency) ..... if not, he would have told Karen to do make-up in a different style. more natural.

Father of Michael Jackson suffers mild stroke

LAS VEGAS (AP) — A spokeswoman for Michael Jackson's father says the musical family's patriarch has suffered a mild stroke.

Angel Howansky says Joe Jackson went to a Las Vegas hospital late Wednesday night when he had trouble standing up and walking. She says the 83-year old Jackson was having pains in his head but reports he is feeling fine Thursday and should be released on Friday.

She says he called a friend who drove him to the hospital.

Jackson's wife, Katherine, is reportedly on her way to Las Vegas to be with him. Jackson has maintained a residence there for many years while his wife lives in Los Angeles, where she cares for the late pop star's children.

Howansky says Jackson has had small strokes at least twice before this.

I remembered he had a stroke back in 1998. That was probably the second one. The first one was probably some years before that idk...

kibbles

i was a teenager and had just gotten my first walkman (well, panasonic's version of the walkman) with my very first paycheck and i went into the record store out at stonestown mall in san fran.

of course, thriller had just come out, and i had only really heard 'the girl is mine', but hey, it was the follow up to 'off the wall' so i was going to buy it anyway! i picked up the cassette and nonchalantly brought it to the counter.

the clerk who checked me out said, 'this is a really good album'.

i wore that little cassette out, and i still have it. happy times. cool

Well Joe has released a statement on his "official website"

Official Statement from Mr. Joseph Jackson

” I suffered a mini stroke on the 28th of November 2012. Thanks to the prompt response of my close associates and the extremely good care of my doctors in Las Vegas, I am happy to report that I am feeling fine. The doctors at this time recommend rest and expect me to have a clean bill of health by the time I leave the hospital . I would like to thank my family, friends and the fans for your continued prayers and support. Once again thank you.” Joseph Jackson

How can the word freak be used as positive in any form? You used the word to be negative. If you was going for different you could have said that. Even the word Eccentric/different is more respectful/appropiate than Freak eek

COMPLETELY disrespectful

Whether it's good or bad is subjective. I'm not taking sides with anyone, but I also get very mad when people call him that, cause they mean it in a bad way. But one time I found a tank top in a store that said 'freak' in red glitter, and I didn't understand the innuendo or double meaning of it right away, but I loved the fact it was shiny and red, and thought I could relate to michael so much then cause I was always the weird one or the outcast, so I decided to celebrate my "weirdness" and wore the shirt, and a lot of those people knew I liked mj, well some did, but anyways I wore it thinking that if they think he's a freak, I am too, kind of like how janet wore 'pervert 2' I realized that after that I did the same thing! It was just empowerment and poking fun at the whole idea he is one, cause really neither of us are, just kind of misunderstood.

Having said that, I do know he's closet freak, thanks to LMP
