I'm assuming all this drama has come about because of a teenager and a Twitter account? It's what I'm reading after sifting through all the opinions.

i think both. although it is conceivable that she could live to ninety, why risk it? mj's estate is nearly in the black, so why not strike while the iron is hot and seek to replace the execs NOW with people who are more loyal to the family as a whole and not just mj? since kat only receives money from the estate during her lifetime, it's better to get the money train rolling now - you'll be on it just that much longer. she might have ten years, but wouldn't you rather be receiving ends from year one onward rather than year five?

assuming the kids are minors, i would think it may be determined by the court again. tj may prove to be a good guardian, so they might let them stay with him, but they might find someone else.

Were they not supposed to be on a tour together or something?

mj3 were at home with a nanny and one of katherine's caretakers, randy's cousin trent. tj wasn't asked to go take over while katherine was away so they weren't in his care. plus, the judge heard what he and others had to say about katherine's alleged state of mind and THE JUDGE took guardianship away, not tj.

i believe there's a future date when kat, randy, janet, etc. will all get to give their sides of the story in court. and when they do, tj will be given permanent custody of mj3. . .

The tour starts up again Friday. They have a show each night this weekend and that's the end of the tour.
