They're doing this now because,all of MJ's debts have been paid off and the estate is now worth a billion dollars.The brothers are anxious and in panic mode,desperate to get a piece of all that cash.Keep in mind that a few of the brothers (Jermaine and Randy) can't even afford to pay their child support payments.They're basically broke.So,when they read in the news that their dead brother's estate is worth a billion dollars,they decide to strike.That's what this latest scheme is really all about.

they were here at the greek in l.a. this past sunday. i finally found a review from the times about the show, and the guy spent 3/4 of it talking about all this shit, nothing really about their performances. other reviewers have been generally kind to them; no need in kicking these guys when they can see that these guys are desperately trying to resurrect a past that's long gone. still, it will be interesting to hear the reviews of the last shows. i wonder if they will continue to be kind in light of today's events. | |

Randy, Janet, Rebbie, and Tito signed a letter to the estate then Michael's kids and Katherine's nephew/assistant hadn't heard from her for a number of days, the nephew filed a missing person's report, someone asked Paris on Twitter and she confirmed it......then all this happened "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. Give TJ the kids and have him hire an attorney, and let that poor attorney deal with The Jackson brothers and Janet. I hold them all equally responsible, seeing as they all signed that stupid letter, which kickstarted all this drama. Don't tell me they didn't know what singing that document would mean?
I realize I don't have "all" the facts, but from what I've read and seen reported, plus knowing how this family is, (no family is perfect), this latest twist really sickens me. Michael's kids deserve so much better and if they want to be with TJ...I'm all for it.
I wish Katherine was the strong woman that Angela played her to be in "The Jacksons: An American Dream" but that woman seems gone and replaced with, a person who lets her kids walk all over her. MJ Fan 1992-Forever

Not defending the Jacksons but I can't be judgemental about this. We may see bits and pieces but we really don't know the whole story. I can't believe and assume about everything that's printed. You know how the media is , they love to take a story and make it juicy. I'm not saying I don't believe there's a lot of drama, but I'm not gonna be quick to be judgemental of anyone involved. | |

I guess its just a primal family thing which we all have that makes us lose our minds when we feel threatened. Shocking New Claim: Katherine Jackson Given Alcohol, Seemed Drunk in Arizona
Katherine Jackson seemed drunk when she finally spoke to Michael Jackson's children Tuesday night for the first time in more than a week, and it alarmed the kids because the devout Jehovah's Witness doesn't normally drink alcohol, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. "It's time to let cooler heads prevail right now and it's very likely that Katherine will be staying at the Hayvenhurst mansion for the short term," a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. "When Paris spoke to Katherine last night she sounded like she was drunk. Paris repeatedly asked her, are you ok, and Mrs. Jackson was slurring her words. I was told that it appears that Katherine was given alcohol during the time she was staying at Miraval, and remember, it was stated in court today that she had recently been diagnosed with high blood pressure. Katherine is extremely upset and distraught to learn that she lost custody of the children, but is hopeful she will be re-instated as their legal guardian very shortly."
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Katherine's attorney, Perry Sanders told Radar directly after the hearing, "Randy (Jackson) texted me during the court proceedings and said that Katherine was on her way back to Los Angeles. I will be going back to court in the very near future to have her guardianship of Michael Jackson's children re-instated.
Meanwhile, Katherine could face legal obstacles in her bid to retain guardianship of the kids. "If the kids tell TJ they want him to be their primary guardian, he is ready to honor that wish. It's too soon to say what the children want....again, we need to let cooler heads prevail, and all agree on what is best for the children first and foremost. What is evident is that if Katherine does get custody back there will be further things implemented so that something like this doesn't happen again. There is concern for Mrs. Jackson's health at this point, because she is extremely upset with Randy, Janet and Jermaine for getting her into this situation. We have to remember Katherine's age, and this is taking a tremendous toll on her," the source revealed. The View aired today with Gladys Knight as one of the panel. The ladies were talking about this and had film to prove that Janet smacked Paris and called her a "spoiled bitch." Paris smacked her back and said, "Get the fuck out!" Gladys was funny when she said something like, "I was raised in the South. If that had been me, Paris wouldn't have any teeth."
So it seems that the shit has hit the fan. MJ's estate is worth a billion? Holy shit! With that kind of money, I am not surprised everyone is going apeshit in the family. But I do feel sorry for the children. Hell, I felt sorry for them before they were even born. I knew this shit would happen one day. A billion dollars? I won't be surprised is someone comes up dead... Hell folk have done worse for much less money.

Exclusive: Katherine Jackson 'Devastated,' Court Hearing 'Based on a Bunch of Lies'
In an exclusive interview with ABC News, Katherine Jackson said she is "devastated" her grandchildren have been "taken away" from her and she's returning to Los Angeles to be reunited with them today.
"I am devastated that while I've been away, my grandchildren have been taken away from me, and I'm coming home," she said.
The 82-year-old Jackson family matriarch also addressed rumors concerning her whereabouts. "There are rumors going around about me that I have been kidnapped," she said. "I am here today to let everybody to know that I am good and fine." "My children would never do anything to me like that," she added.
Katherine Jackson said today's court ruling that made TJ Jackson the temporary guardian of Paris Michael, Prince Michael, and Prince Michael II was "based on a bunch of lies." She explained that her stay in Arizona at the Miraval Resort & Spa was a "short vacation and rest."
As for not calling her grandchildren for days, Katherine Jackson said, "One reason I didn't call is I just gave up my phone and I didn't want to have any phone calls while I was here."

No consistency at all. @CEThomson Yes, they also hate 3T for stating that songs were fake. Treated them horribly...but not now. They flip a switch real quick @CEThomson My guess is that they like whatever source that justifies their hate towards certain members of the Jackson family. @GlowsInMyHeart Exactly. Duke was hated by the fans for his prior MJ coverage but now they all love him for some reason. Very weird.
