Katherine Jackson said today's court ruling that made TJ Jackson the temporary guardian of Paris Michael, Prince Michael, and Prince Michael II was "based on a bunch of lies." She explained that her stay in Arizona at the Miraval Resort & Spa was a "short vacation and rest."

As for not calling her grandchildren for days, Katherine Jackson said, "One reason I didn't call is I just gave up my phone and I didn't want to have any phone calls while I was here."

imo, maybe mrs jackson has been feeling very overwhelmed, and is aware of the doctor that has been treating her may not be for her best interest as far as her health.

Couldn't it just be that she went on her little spa and didn't want to be disturbed? She had left the kids in TJ's care already. I'm sure she told them she was going.

It might've been poor judgement but I'm sure it's totally innocent and she just didn't think it would get THIS out of hand. It never occured to her. And honestly it wouldn't occur to us, that is until someone gets on the Twitter and starts making it sound dire.

I'm glad Katherine has confirmed that Janet, Randy & Jermaine did NOT kidnap her, and did NOT prevent her from contacting the kids

And I applaud Trent, who is on the pay roll of the estate for releasing a video of Janet in a tiny confrontation, in which Janet attempts to take Paris' phone (common-place), and leaking to the media that Janet slapped Paris. Very clever.

Katherine didnt even respond to MARLON, TITO, JACKIE who are all worried?

Marlon was CRYING on NATIONAL TELEVISION because he didnt know where his mother was and no one didnt let him speak to her and then Katherines only responce to all this was that she wanted to get away

She could have at least talk to her son to let him know she was alright... BUT once again its not all the blame... there is a ringleader in this all which I believe is RANDY and then Jermaine and Janet.

There is nothing cruel about this at all. She was negligent and didnt bother to contact to the grandchildren like she should have let alone HER OWN.

Katherine Jackson has finally broken her silence ... claiming the reason she hasn't checked in with her grandkids for the past 10 days is because she simply didn't feel like using the phone.

She also sounds like she's full of crap.

Jackson just phoned in to "ABC News" to talk about the family drama that's transpired since she mysteriously ditched MJ's kids 10 days ago ... and wound up in Arizona.

Well shit! The woman is 82 years old. At that age it might be quite a handful for senior citizen to handle. She needed a break, mentally and physically. She ain't a spring chicken no more.

For a long time the general consensus was the fictional Addams family was America's weirdest celebrity family, but Katherine Jackson and her biological children have once again proved us wrong.

She's too advanced in age and incompetent to meet the needs of Michael's children.

Maybe a 'neutral' person/people should be appointed by the court taking on some of the duties to reduce/alleviate the situation.

somebody in this family needs to say "if this family does not get it together and keep it together we will all end up with nothing".
