I don't know why but I didn't cry until I just saw a post from a club I used to hang at in Madison, WI (Club 5) on FB...why did I start crying at this? I don't even know...

Club 5 is sadded at the passing of one of the greatest singers of all time. RIP Whitney Houston...the dancefloor is dark in her honor.

According to MSNBC, Whitney Houston was found unresponsive in her hotel room when paramedics were called. There were apparently no signs of foul play or any visible drugs in her hotel room when her body was found.

To me it seemed she had finally gotten over most of her problems and was just managing fine. I wouldn't expect her to go so soon no matter her troubles. She herself said that she was strong and that she wouldn't break and that she would survive. Maybe that's why this has shocked me more than I was expecting it to.
