One of the great losses in music history. This is as big as Kurt Cobain or John Lennon. What's really going to piss me off in the next few days is the hate from the media, making fun of her drinking and bad moments. I won't let them do it. She was uncomfortable in her skin. We need to help those who have these moments so the same thing doesn't happen.

When I heard on the radio that she passed, my mouth dropped cuz hearing somebody died first thing in the morning does that to me. Seconds later the reality was that her life was leading down that path. It's unfortunate because she had the potential, but instead became a sad tale of someone who struggled with addiction (not saying that was the cause). Definitely will be playing her music a lot today.

It's hard, if not impossible, to un-ring the bell. Though I have personally known one amazing person that was able to stay clean (aside from the occasional cigarette) for the last 20 years of his life, before passing away last year. But yeah, the demons were always hiding right around the corner.

I can't believe Amy Winehouse is DEAD! My heart is just lost for words! I've loved Amy since she came on the scene. Dang! What a lost! From her Frank Album to her Back 2 Black. Amy could never do wrong within her music, she will be greatly missed..I am just...DAMN...Damn for real.

She actually looked okay here. She had gained some weight and looked a lot better than she had been looking lately. So sad.

BTW she had a concert schedulled close to my hometown for tomorrow that got cancelled with the rest of the tour.

3rd album, greatest hits, demos/out-takes, repackaged albums, live stuff - she'll make more money dead than alive.

One of my fave Amy songs (Kinda sad to listen too now seeing as how the song is about weed, but still it's a great song and one of my faves on "Frank").

Another great one gone way too soon. She was a true artist. I thought her first album (the deluxe edition) was brilliant. I was looking forward to what she was going to do next.
