No. Where could I get it from and how do you know it's authentic?

Go to mjjcommunity and search "services". There you'll have some posters' recollection, an interview with the social agent responsible for the "Jafaar threated to zap Blanket to death with a stun gun" story, excerpts of trancripts and some stories.

How do I know it's authentic? The excerpts, the recollections, the transcript and the stories coincide exaclty with what the agent said (and they came before). Besides, Alvarez "the bodyguard" may have something to add wink and, funny enough, coincide witg everything said. The thing is: little Jafaar order TWO stun guns. Why was that?

Is everybody lying against the Jacksons?

I can't go there because I was permantly banned.lol I was Pilinlim! I was banned for calling Joe a "leech" and am about to be banned from the KOP board for saying MJ was not a drug addict.

[Edited 2/28/11 14:14pm]

you wouldn't be banned from KOP for saying that because a majority of the members don't believe he was

Yeah most of the folks I encounter on KOP I haven't heard them excusing what the family has been saying about him. Some folks are trying to excuse their behavior but not to that point though they have been a little wacky lately saying that because Michael hang out with shady characters don't make what Katherine did worse (well that is because she got the kids in front of them pushing a charity with questionable ties).

Why go over the top with the attacks when you know those running that board love The Jacksons? I hate seeing posters who tell it like it is, get themseves kicked off that board. I've even pm'd posters and told them to chill, because it would suck to see them gone from the board.

It's more to do with personal attacks than anything. Once it's personal attacks, then you're out. I haven't seen anyone kicked out for a simple opinion for or against the Jacksons.

oh for sure... it does lend to an interesting question though- of course one based on perception... is the title of 'mother due to respect, or is it some sort of 'orderly, militaristic' thing. is 'mother' an extension of the childrens' relationship with joe? the thing is, we will never know because none of us were there. i don't think any of these questions are invalid though. because that's all we got.

it's sad that we even are talking about this; that the breakdown of the family is so devestating...

When was this family ever not dysfunctional is the question I always have had wondered, of course no one knows the answer so I don't expect the family to address that since they're still holding on to their 1970s PR image.

Does anyone know if the demos of "Keep Your Head Up" (The version with the "Earth Song" sample *cough* ripoff *cough*) and "Monster" (The version that does not have 50 Cent's rap included) were "leaked" during Teddy Riley's mid-production on the tracks, or were they the versions that Cascio gave him before he touched them?

I, personally, can not imagine living in a household where you are seen mainly as a living bank to your parents. I just can't. Not only you, but now your children?

I am torn, because on one hand, if it wasn't for that then there is a possibility that the Jacksons and Michael Jackson would not have happened and who knows what kind of bullshit they would have gotten themselves into. Otoh, what they put those kids, him, and, currently, his kids through isn't right either. They are taking advantage of them. I know that every family has their own issues, but to bind those kids lives for life by this contract? That is not even legal. Why would anyone sign such a contract? Did their lawyer not go over it with them? Did they even care? Where are the rest of the siblings? Doesn't it take an entire village to raise a child? Well...considering how the rest of them grew up, maybe this is normal to them?

I guess...seeing this, I too can understand why he idolized his mom so much, even putting her up on a pedastal at times when she is just as guilty as his father is. I can also understand why he tried to seperate himself from them, minus his mom. I know old skool fans think he lost his way when he seperated himself from them and that Katherine and Joe were good parents, but at the same time...I guess, as they say, you can't have your cake and eat it too.

It's just too fucking sad to think about.

i agree with you on your basic points...

but maybe it's just me, because i think michael would have been successful at something in the arts, because this was what he set himself out to do from such an early age. it may or may not have been music. but i think he would have been successful either in the fine arts, or film. he was such a detailed-oriented person, that i think something would have worked out for him. i think what his father did as his earliest manager was just part of the journey.

but even if he were not in the jackson 5 (and the same abuse was going on) i think he would have wanted to escape it, no matter what. but he was open about being so lonely, that he felt staying with his parents/mother was the best thing to do. until he found the correct piece of land to make his dream of recreating disneyland in some way come true, perhaps.

i could see michael as some sort of a director, a preacher... a motivational speaker. something along the lines of what he already did. as a virgo, his nature was in healing people. so i truly think that's where his line of work would have been, even if he were not making music or dancing. and he would have been tremendously successful at it.

MJ put Kat on a pedestal because he wanted to feel loved, feel human, feel he could trust someone. So he exxagerated every little act in his human need to feel loved by a parent. Mainly, he was in denial: he didn't want to think his own mother regarded him as few more than a money making machine. He knew, deep inside (even though he refused to acknowledge it) that his father saw him as a slave, a money making machine and the thought of the other parent feeling only a little better than that was too repulsive. Imagine your parents not giving a ish about you, just what you could give them. Imagine having parents who don't care if you die or not, just care about the material benefits you give them. Those thoughts are too much for any human being to handle, hence why MJ felt the need to put his mother on a pedestal.

So, what do I think? I think Kat is as mentally disturbed and freakish as her psycopathic, EVIL husband. The difference is that she has the capacity to love, a faculty Joe doesn't have.

[Edited 2/28/11 9:54am]

To be fair - none of you knew MJ or his mom or knew anything about their relationship in order to say something as fucked up as she never loved her son.

To even go there is just in incredibly poor taste.

Why can't you people just be quiet and stick to the shit you DO actually know something about, which is the music.

Howard Mann, Katherine Jackson and Melissa Johnson are bonded together with a business venture which enables all 3 to profit! Howard Mann and Melissa Johnson signed a contract, in 2009, which mandates that Johnson will help Mann promote his business projects (one of which is Katherine’s Never Can Say GoodBye so-called book which is collection of private MJ pictures). In return, Mann pays 33% of profits to Melissa Johnson and 33% of profits to Katherine. In addition, Mann aided Johnson the much needed attorney for whom she pleaded help from MJ fans. Howard Mann helped attorney Edgar Pease to represent Melissa Johnson against MJ Estate who sued HTWF for exploiting MJ name. Edgar Pease was also Howard Mann & Henry Vaccaro’s attorney.

Howard Mann's lawyers responded to the Michael Jackson Estate's claims in the above titled case. Below you may read of some interesting points:

- Mann didn't infringe the This Is It copyrights, because it has been posted on a social media website (note: JacksonSecretVaults.com has not been marked as a social media website until the lawsuit has been filed. As well the image has been put into the website's layout, what's been owned by Mann's Canadian company).

- Mann claims that he is entitled to use the MJ drawings in Katherine Jackson's book, because he has a licence agreement from the material's co-owner.

- Mann refers on more points to the 2005 court order regarding the memorablia, and says that MJ even lost his property rights, interests and titles.

- Mann says that the pose in the Vintage Pop Media logo hasn't been invented by MJ, but it has been on for decades before him (note: this is a very weak excusion, who wouldn't think of MJ looking at the logo?).

- Mann claims that Katherine thanked for the MJ Estate in her book, because she thanked them for letting her preserving MJ's memories. And not for acting as MJ's Estate endorsed the book. (note: should I say anything?).

- Mann claims that MJ and Janet had ownerships in Jackson Communications Inc., the company that caused Henry Vaccaro's take over the family memorablia.

- Mann claims that the original Jackson family restaurant network was intended to be named as "Jackson Street".

- Mann confirms that Vaccaro is a member of Vintage Pop Media LLC, that currently owns the memorablia. He defines himself as a consultant of Vaccaro and business partner of Katherine.

- According to the documents MJ first wanted to get back his items in May, 2002. Two years later MJ's lawyers even started to threaten Vaccaro, because of exploiting his items.

- Mann claims that the MJ Estate or SonyClick the image to open in full size. might have violate their copyrights with releasing the Destiny song in 2009 (note: when did they get ahold of the copyrights of this song?).

- Mann claims on many points that MJ had the chance to remove his personal items from the collection, but refused to do so (note: then Mann's lawyers filed a 2002 court paper that clearly states: MJ's lawyers didn't know that any of his personal property left in the collection, and if anyone could sell them).

What a lunatic - seems now anyone can make a claim and if it can't be proven otherwise it remains allowable.

Read on, laugh on.

Michael Jackson 'chemically castrated' as child: doctor

MARSEILLE — Michael Jackson may have been more prince than king of pop, a French doctor says in a new book alleging his wide-ranging voice resulted from a childhood chemical castration to fight acne.

"When he died, I realised that he was an unusual phenomenon," Alain Branchereau, an opera buff and professor of vascular surgery at Timone University Hospital in France's Mediterranean port of Marseille, told AFP.

"I said, 'That's the voice of a castrato!'."

After discussing the voice with his colleagues, including endocrinologists, Branchereau ended up with the theory of chemical castration through the synthetic anti-male hormone drug Cyproterone.

"When he was 12, Michael Jackson had acne. We know this, he spoke about it himself as a tragedy. What I think could have happened is that his people suggested this miracle treatment," the doctor said.

Cyproterone "blocks puberty, the voice can't mature," he said, adding that he had read around 20 books on the subject, studied photographs and spoken to specialists in dermatology, voice physiology, plastic surgery, urology as well as to a former singer with the Petits Chanteurs de Sainte-Croix boys choir.

The drug stops bodily hair and the larynx from growing and affects the bones, leaving the body with a slight frame but a large chest.

Once the treatment is finished, the patient "keeps a child's larynx all his life in a man's body," said Branchereau.

The doctor also noted that a male voice breaks during adolescence, becoming difficult to control. "But Michael Jackson never stopped singing," he said.

"An important part of my theory is this voice's exceptional character, which covers three octaves. But I haven't found any grown men's voices that cover three octaves."

Branchereau admitted that he had not contacted Jackson's family or friends for his book, "Michael Jackson, the secret of a voice," due out on March 9.

"We will never have proof," the doctor said. "Unless his entourage says something."

Judge delays criminal trial for Jackson doctor

Associated Press - 9 minutes ago

LOS ANGELES - A judge has postponed the trial of a doctor charged inMichael Jackson's death until early May.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor announced the delay Wednesday after meeting in chambers with prosecutors, defense attorneys, and Dr. Conrad Murray.

The move came after the judge asked defense attorneys at previous hearings why they hadn't turned over more information on potential witnesses to prosecutors.

The trial had been scheduled to begin with jury selection on March 24.

Prospective jurors will be given questionnaires on that day, but opening statements are now set to begin on May 9.

Murray has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter.

Thanks for posting. Man those lawyers are really grasping at straws with some of their claims.
