Beginning sometime in 2001, Ms. Johnson began her bizarre, unsolicited and deluded campaign to revive and insinuate her way into Jackson's foundation, as well as her harassment of Mr. Jackson and his representatives. In a July 2001 letter to Mr. Jackson's executive assistant, Evvy Tavesci, Ms. Johnson wrote:

"I would not be bothering Michael, nor did I, for Eight years because I just couldn't fully believe it all myself. But I have seen, in a 1993 near death-type experience, the future of many things...Michael will find me, and we will go to work for the Children of our Father. MICHAEL WILL NOT GO FORWARD WITH HEAL THE WORLD FOUNDATION WITHOUT ME."

Despite the fact that Ms. Tavesci did not respond to Ms. Johnson's overture to work with her, Ms. Johnson sent Ms. Tavesci another letter in December 2001, along with a video, insisting that Ms. Tavasci look at her materials regarding Heal the World Foundation.

No longer able to deal with Ms. Johnson's harassment, including Ms. Johnson's fraudulent representation of herself as Ms. Tavesci (by sending Mr. Jackson packages with Ms. Tavesci's name and return address) and Ms. Johnson's unannounced and uninvited appearance at Mr. Jackson's residence at Neverland Valley Ranch, Ms. Tavesci sought the help of Mr. Jackson's attorneys. In January 2002, attorneys for Mr. jackson advised Ms. Johnson that her "behavior and attempted communications with Mr. Jackson are harassing, highly inappropriate and constitutes a security risk to Jackson and his employees."

Ms. Johnson's lengthy reply included and "apology" to Ms. Tavesci for using her name and return address in an unsuccessful attempt to reach Mr. Jackson. Ms. Johnson also explained that she will not apologize to Mr. Jackson as "I am fairly certain that he had no discomfort, concern or annoyance from my attempts to get him this data."

She further stated that she "cannot agree to never again contact Mr. Jackson, as I happen to know through reliable sources, that he will very much want me to contact him, work with him and help him build his charity organization."

In April 2002, Ms. Johnson composed yet another five page, single-spaced letter to Ms. Tavesci. In it, Ms. Johnson attempted to justify her numerous harassing attempts at contacting Mr. Jackson by analogizing herself to a scientist who has discovered the cure for cancer, and Mr. Jackson to the President of the United States of America:

"I realize to most, going to Mr. Jackson's house, 'from your viewpoint' would seem intrusive and violating. From my viewpoint, the idea that I 'wouldn't go' is unthinkable and cowardice. It would be like you having the cure for cancer and having to convince the medical community first that although their genius minds had tried, that little ol [sic] you, who isn't established and known in the scientific and medical fields, have possession of something so important, and then to have to convince the heavily guarded President of the United States of your discovery."

Ms. Johnson goes on to explain that she trusted Mr. Jackson "[n]ot because he is a big super star, but because an Angel of God showed me who he is in the spirit world as well as on Earth..."

Finally, and in direct opposition to Defendants' statements in their Counterclaim, Ms. Johnson admits that the relationship between her, HTWF and Mr. Jackson is non-existent: "What I did was not the right action, as it exacerbated an already non-existent relationship and caused no good effects."

so all this "Get the kids away from the family" stuff being said, where should they go?

Debbie Rowe? but Blanket isn't her child.....

Diana Ross? does Diana really wanna raise 3 more kids after she's raised her own?

things you gotta consider in this situation....

It's selfishness, fans who want the kids taken away are hoping for that to satisfy their twisted needs since they are too good to be with the jacksons, they hate when the media claims they aren't real jacksons but they feel no different themselves, they're really almost as bad. Do these fans think about where these kids would live? how they feel? how it feels to lose your only parentand then loose the stability they've had since his death? They may hate katherine and the rest but i'm sure Michael's kids don't, that's the only family they know. Their lives aren't in danger, people need to mind their business when it comes to custody, these are 3 human beings with feels and they're old enough to have a say in things.

I agree. It's a double edged sword. There are snakes and leeches around the family who are a big concern which is most likely why Michael didn't leave his estate in the hands of the family among other reasons, but at the same time, Katherine is all they have now and they obviously love her and vice versa. Her lack of judgment is troubling along with the possibility that someone is whispering in her ear

I don't know, it's one big clusterfuck neutral

Exactly. That's why I can't understand why Katherine would even allow snakes near her grandchildren. I guess when you hear something like this, for me, it's almost like "oh really Mrs. Jackson? That's how you treat your son?" But the Jacksons have had a history of hanging out with snakes so I guess this shouldn't surprise me. Well as long as Michael's children grow up and learn to deal with life after living with Katherine, then they won't have to worry about nothing. I'm actually more concerned with how the family doesn't think they're around snakes. Guess they play nice too many times especially when money is shoved in their faces. confused

I agree too, you'd think that after all these years they'd be more cautious about people intentions especially since they saw first hand how shady charcters single handily try to bring Michael down. I remember Randy tweeted last year that he doesn't trust the people his parents are mingling with and he tried to talk to them but ultimately Katherine is going to make her own decisions and it's hard to get to aggressive with your mother, you want to respect her actions.

This Mann guy doesn't seem good to me becuae of his past but if good can come out if this like inner city kids in LA benefiting from the charity then good for them. The estate has taken Mann to court anyways so if he is doing some illegal business then the charity will be forced to shut down but in the meantime it hasn't proven to be a fake charity and katherine and her grandkids seem dedicated to it. I hope they all come to a civil solution.

Katherine gets $5,000 everytime she does a media appearance aka interview with the

kids in tow. The Children also now sit on HTW Foundation board as "Youth Advisors"

but there are other kids who are also being exploited. There are 6 kids on the board

the last three are Bishop Coleman, Sara Johnson, who maybe related to Melissa Johnson

and Alexis Henry mostly is related to Lowell Henry a constant partner in scams along with

Joe & katherine, So this time the CA DCFS will get involved given the track record of this

woman Melissa Johnson & Howard Mann's Trial.

There is No Coincidence that Diana Ross's Interview with Oprah was on the sameday as

KJ & kids. I think Oprah is on team Diana, She gave plenty of time to Diana's Family

so they could praise her mother skills and what a "Normal" childhood they had.

Now some fans have said Miss Ross wouldn't what to raise 3 more kids, but just remember

what happened right after Michael's passing Katherine toss those kids right to Rebbie and

she would still have them if it wasn't for her fanatic J-Witness beliefs and KJ's need to exploit

kids anybody kids for money. So if for some far fetching reason Ross would get these kids

she could have one of her 2 daughters Tracee or Chudney who are in their mid-late 30s now, without children they could finish raising them, they are almost grown anyway. That Girl

Paris is in serious need of a decent Modern female role model you can image what backward

ideas KJ & family are teaching her about womens roles in society. Just check the Maldonaldo

Book on that fact.

"Thank You For Life" [1976] and "Why Can’t I Be?" [1980] are similar to "That’s What You Get For Being Polite" and 'The Girl Is Mine." They use the same chord structure.

There is also a demo for "The Toy." He discontinued the project cause is was so close to Thriller.

He played the drums, piano (not a lot) and some guitar according to this article.

Wow. I'm reading the original Magic and the Madness. It's funny how in recent years Jermaine tried to put on this family front but I'm reading about the estrangement after the other brothers left Motown to sign with CBS and he was like "family my ass".

I shouldn't be surprised but damn this family dynamic has been playing for quite some time now! It's clear the Jacksons as a family began disintegrating after 1973...

Not sure if anyone answered this, I still have two pages to get through - but I bought the book when it first came out.

It is a nice collection of photos but there are some pretty basic errors in the book "Billy Jean" and incorrect dates. You'd think with something coming from Katherine it would have been fact checked over and over.

Is it worth getting - I'd say so.

Though I am still awaiting my 2011 calendar they included in the offer, lol.

You mean the Mexican deposition? The lawyer asking him questions was freaking me out and I was just watching it on TV. I wasn't the one sitting there having to aswer all those stupid questions with a toothache. Poor Mike. mad

Yep! I sat through the whole 3 hours of it and I was just so pissed because they were being so rude to him.

It was like he was being pushed to do it and they didn't care if he had a toothache or not. He also looked like he was on his painkiller addiction then.

No denying MJ was drugged up during that Depo. The beginning of it, he was cool but the second day, his speech was slurred, then on the final day, he seemed to be back to normal.

I was mad when they were like "do you have other artists in your collection you mentioned?" MJ would say "I love artists like..." then the guy goes "THATS NOT WHAT I ASKED YOU" (something to than extent)

I want the 1984 Depo

I like that book it’s your first time reading it?

Fully, yes.

shocked

You are going to be suprised then.

(Tara has Mrs. Dimond on his credits list - a good reason to question every passage of it.

Better every sentence.)

Yeah they cut him off a lot, just like the judge was doing in that 1994 depo in Denver when he didn't like the responses Michael was giving

You're not explaining properly

I'm trying

You're failing

I was like "damn" lol
