The fans are entitled to a higher level of integrity then I demonstrated this past weekend and for that I am sorry.

When the world sees Mrs. Jackson on Oprah tomorrow, they will see a devastated mother trying her best to both grieve the loss and also to celebrate the life of her iconic son. 2000 Watts IS Michael. Teddy Riley is mixed in the left speaker while Michael is mixed in the right speaker.possibly a little pitchshifting was used as well. overall, it's Michael singing in a lower register.

This track was supposedly done in 2007 and Hold My Hand was done in 2008

Hold my hand is a slow track, not MJ singing in a up tempo voice which is totally different. The slower the song the easier it was for older MJ to sing.

There is no evidence of older MJ on faster tracks singing at a faster pace.

Bottom line is if its MJ or not dude has not had a great up tempo track in years and was better off just relating to the KGLH audience in LA California. 102.3

Fans expect Triumph MJ who could sing fast and clear. Dudes voice is clear on slow tracks but when he has to to speed up its a struggle.

It's poorly produced too to me. I think why I'm doubting it to be him besides from the voice not being recognizable (those who heard him sing on "This Is It" compare it to this, it sounds like two different folks to me ) is never in his history has he ever have to address himself in a song. I guess that's why some of us are kinda like "huh?" It sounds out of character for him to do. I just read some of the news, apparently there's a battle over this song either being his or not. The vocals on "Breaking News" in no way shape or form sound like a natural Michael Jackson voice from say, 1997-2009. The hooks are bogus...the whole song is bogus. Maybe it's a demo, but they had to do something to those vocals and create that rhythm from scratch because it doesn't sound anything like MJ. Sorry...*shrugs*

How egostistical was Mike? That's debatable, but what isn't debatable is that he never sang his own name that many times in one song. Mike didn't go around saying "Michael Jackson this, Michael Jackson that" in his own songs. The opening clip was very MJ-like, and the beat has somewhat of a MJ beat, but once the vocals hit... it was instant "wtf" moment.

I can't believe this is how they'd choose to promote this album. They easily could have released Another Day, an updated version of Hold My Hand featuring more of Mike's vocals, or another track from the vault we haven't hear with clear MJ vocals. Instead, they put a "teaser" up and then release an overproduced track with fake vocals.
