people kinda rat on him because he doesnt really have amny albums...his concerts are always high energy and fun though; I have been to the 8701 & Confessins tour and he really throws down..just with he had a classic album once in a while..he is more of a singles artist. Usher is NOT an MJ clone. He has way more sex appeal, is way less pop/rock, more street styled, and doesn't lipsynch in concert. Whomever he is inspired by, Usher is his own artist, he has all the love and respect for MJ, and has given him all the credit and praise in the world. Why does it make u mad that he is so successful? [Edited 5/6/10 11:33am] I think his only classic album is 8701. Its an amazing album, I love ALL the tracks. This new album is probably my next favorite after 8701. I only saw him once, 2 years ago. It was a smaller venue, so it was way more intimate. I was so impressed. He didn't dance as much as I expected, but he sang EVERYTHING live, so much energy, his cahrisma really shone through, and he had the best connection. Classy show. He sang all the hits and EVERYONE knew the words. He played piano!!!! . It was like all women in the audience. I did not expect him to be so amazing, and I'm happy I saw him in a small venue because it was up close and personal. | |
