First of all, Black Cat shits on everything on that list. 2nd - people that are credited for writing - come up with the melody and lyrics. So Jam & Lewis being credited can easily mean they helped Janet with the melody. Janet writes a great majority of her songs. She wrote Together Again, New Agenda, That's The Way Love Goes, Accept Me and many of her other songs by herself.
