Didn't Michael and 50 Cent have plans to work together? confuse They may have recorded a song together.
That's what I'm saying.I remember 50 defending Michael after he got shit for delaying his concerts. Called him a perfectionist and the king. I hate to defend the guy but i never heard him diss MJ.

say it loud and clear one more time. like i think it was 50 cent who said something rude about michael a couple years ago but the DAY after he passed he announces he's making some tribute song.

i mean DAMN people couldn't show michael just a little but of the love he's getting now just 3 months ago. people took advantage of him being here and expected him to be around forever to ridicule, GOD some people honestly make me sick
what did 50 say?

this was years ago when i guess 50 was asked about working with michael in a movie and he gave some rude response.THEN AGAIN it was on the radio so it could have been a rumor cause i didn't actually hear him say it myself

when and where exactly did she say this

On her official blog at www.rosie.com

She wrote a long blog after MJ's death. It's from several weeks ago,so you have to search for it.It's not as "harsh" as you would expect it to be.

further into the blog, she writes:

we all saw him suffer
as his face fell in on itself
friends and family unable to reach in
he unable to reach out

many made millions
looking the other way
as he invited young boys to his bed
he turned into the thing he loathed

the man in the mirror
had no idea how to change his ways

not harsh? sounds harsh to me. confused

So anyone that does not dick ride MJ after his death is harsh. She feels sorry for the guy. It's much better then what Rosanne barr said after his death.

no, i'm just pointing out that she DIDN'T change her tune after mj's death. i think only posting the first couple of stanzas of her blog gives the wrong impression. i don't think she felt sorry for him; she thinks he was a miserable wretch. that's different than feeling sorry for him.

i'm simply questioning the idea that that one beginning stanza is representative of the entire blog and therefore the totality of her feelings. maybe it's my legal background, but i cannot divorce one seemingly innocuous stanza from its entire source material. if i gave my attorney a legal brief citing case law using one quote from a court's decision without giving her the entire context in which the quote is being used, then it's incomplete and misleading to the court and that's frowned upon...big time.

i never said that rosie or roseanne or oprah had to dick ride. i'm merely questioning this idea - misguided in my estimation - that she didn't have as much contempt for mj as she always had. that's all.

Roseanne Barr who is known for speaking her mind has taken to her blog to apologize to Michael Jackson and send her best wishes to the Jackson children.

What she says on Jackson's passing:

"I bet Michael Jackson signed up with those producers because they had the lab that made that diprivan. That is supposed to be the one drug no body who is just anybody can get. You have to have five doctors worth of speed in you and anti depressants too in order to get injected and put into a coma with that stuff! That is the stuff they gave to fritzl's granddaughter that shut down all of her organs so that she could heal while asleep. Michael freaks me out in that haunting video of his last rehearsal, he can hardly move at all, but he is giving it everything he's got. He knows this is his very last video, and that there will never be a concert. He knows that the producers will tour it around the world and break several of his never heard songs out this way—he brilliantly leaves this world in his own way. I was given his cell phone number the night before he died and asked to call him and I didn't, I was too afraid–i thought I would wait until shabbat to call him and then he was dead. He wanted to know about meditation, about getting out from under the DID. Michael, I am sorry I didnt call you but I will try to help your kids out by talking about them all the time. Debbie Rowe is welcome to call me and I will help her all I can! "

What she says to the children:

"someone tell Paris and Prince Michael 1 and 2 that they have a granny out here who is like they are and who cares about them very much. Their dad really loved them and he has left everything he had in the world to make sure that they are taken care of. Their dad was a drug addict for many many years. What makes a drug addict is someone who has too much pain in the memory banks. Your dad was tortured and beaten and humiliated as a child by his own parents, and you can never get better once that happens to you. You always have a hole in you. You can try to fill that hole many many ways, but none of them ever work, and they all eventually kill you. The hole can be turned into a pipe and silence which is golden, can fill it. You can choose to feel the pain and release it by meditation. Do not ever use manmade drugs. I wish I could have helped your dad and been his friend. Your dad wanted to give you all the love he had, and he did.

You are jewish, and your dad really loved jewish people and considered himself one of them. He considered that it didnt matter if a person was black or white, rich or poor, Muslim or christian, but that it DID matter if a person was jewish. Your dad believed that the Jewish People would change the world just by changing themselves. This is a very important jewish concept! Your dad would want you to know these things, he was a student of kabballah. kabballah teaches us that the jews need to change themselves, and to do that, they need to accept that they came from africa, from ethiopia, and not from europe!"

NO! Michael didn't invite young boys into his bed.

Mesereau said this: "Women testified that they stayed in his room. And by the way, his room is a a two-story duplex, a huge duplex. That’s what we call his room. And women stayed there, mothers stayed there, parents stayed there, kids stayed there. And any time a child came up to him and said, “we want to play in your room,” which he has arcade games and that kind of thing,he always said, “I want your parents here right now, and I want their permission.”And the parents were free to stay. And we had parents testify who did stay.So a lot of this was spin by the prosecution because they wanted to convict him and they had nothing to deal with in the courtroom."

she's probably thinking that he was b/c in recent years he is seen wearing that red string like madonna in pictures.

and i'm glad mol posted what s/he posted. to add to it, in the primetime interview, one of the first things out of mj's mouth when diane sawyer asked him, he said he had never invited any child into his bed, but they asked if they could, he told them yes, IF their parents said it was okay.

now you can say that was stupid thing to do from afar, but only mj, the kid, and the parents were there to understand the context in which these things were going on. it would seem that from the overwhelming number of kids and parents who vouched for mj's integrity including recently deepak chopra's son and the burn victim dave dave both of whom have known mj from childhood, they saw nothing sinister or inappropriate about it.

i say this from my own experience. i am good friends with a former boss outside of work and once years ago, i slept in his daughter's room, next to her in her queen sized bed (pretty sweet for a ten year old), when i spent the night at their house. i'm sure people will say that it was wrong for me to be doing that, but i knew this family well, and more importantly they knew me. i didn't ask to sleep in their daughter's room, and as i was guest and my boss and his wife had final say over me even being at their house as well as sleeping in their daughter's room, they must have trusted my character and felt they knew me well enough for them to put me in such close proximity to their child. i didn't feel uncomfortable, either, because i know the person that i am. the girl was just a sweet kid in those days who was happy to have her 'big sister' hanging out with her.

Sorry it had to be said. She is strictly doing this for ratings. She had plenty of chances during Michael's last few years to reach out for interviews or even after his NOT GUILTY verdict to support someone, but now suddenly after his death and he is buried in the ground, she suddenly champions him as some african american revolutionary.

What a total phony.

She didn't go the memorial Just because it was Michael jackson

Back in 1993 she was compassionate about him , now she is not.

she says that No one knows that truth, if he was gulity or innocent.

Yet she is doing a SHOW about him.

I don't really think she's 2-faced,,,,,but after what she said in this interview, I find the whole idea of a show dedicated to MJ quit unnecessary.

But THEN AGAIN....

There's alot of people in the media who are still taking a dump on his name,,,,so a mainstream popular name like her with a positive show could be an improvement.

In my opinion it's not an either or.....

Ms. Winfrey is 'bout 3/4 years older than Michael Jackson? Which means (like me) MJ was probably a BIG mainstay in her life interms of music. I'm sure she watched the Ed Suvillian, Soul Train, The Jackson Variety Show, bought and danced to MJ's music like everyone else. At somepoint, Ms. Winfrey probably hung out/partyed with the man. She can't pretend she wasn't a fan, she can erase the fact she bought his records, and maybe went to concert or two. Then came those allegations..... I think like so many people who gave MJ the benifit of the doubt the 1st time, the 2nd it was a lil' bit harder to justify. She voiced her opinion and it seems to me it would have been just as easy to have been a sycophant.

I think what Ms. Winfrey is doing is celebrating an enormous brilliant talent who nonetheless had some deep, deep troubling issues. Could her motives be dubious? I don't know, maybe. There is no debating MJ's genius, none. But it doesn't mean also that he should've been immune to skepticism when it was warrented. She was, damn if she did and damn if she didn't situation. If she'd never said a word or didn't do a show some of these same people would have been bitchin about that too. Good grief.

Who cares about Oprah. She is the biggest phony EVER and I don't understand how people can't see that.

She doesn't consider him a friend.

She didn't go the memorial Just because it was Michael jackson

Back in 1993 she was compassionate about him , now she is not.

she says that No one knows that truth, if he was gulity or innocent.

Yet she is doing a SHOW about him.

I don't understand this woman, two-faced I guess?

The problem with a lot of the more hardcore MJ fans is not understanding that Oprah is not in the business of being anyone's friend...She's a media personality...Which means she's about ratings...But the one thing that can never be said is that she's a phony when it comes to MJ...

She's been saying the same things since the second round of accusations made news (that Mike is a GREAT talent, but a tragically flawed figure)...I don't agree with everything she says...But she's no hypocrite when it comes to MJ...

Afterall, if she was, do you think Janet Jackson would ever come on her show?

SoulAlive

Instead of bashing Oprah,we have to understand some important things.

Oprah was sexually abused at a young age,so this is a topic that she feels strongly about. She does many shows about this issue.

I don't think she has anything *against* Michael, but she (like many other people) is very conflicted/confused about the allegations.Michael was accused not once, but twice. This doesn't sit well with many people, even those who previously bought and listened to his records.I can understand her feelings. You have to put yourself in her shoes. It's a tough position to be in.

A similiar situation is happening with Chris Brown right now. He's pissed at comments that Oprah recently made regarding the Rihanna situation ("If a man hits you once,he will do it again").He claims that he has helped Oprah in the past, even performing at her school in Africa. He feels betrayed. But,as is the case with child molestation,Oprah feels very strongly about domestic abuse. She does many shows on this very topic.

Oprah sticks to her principles, that's for sure, even if it means alienating or angering a fellow celebrity.
