Its certainly not registered as a sample, because i checked the sample copyright database... And if it is a sample than MJ owes Yes some fees, cause he didnt register it ... i'll check the copyright history of Owner of a Lonely heart cause if it is a recreation of the song,
than MJ doesn't have to give up fees etc... or maybe the sample is just way too short to make a valid sample of the song... cause it has really no harmonic fingerprint I am a Rail Road, Track Abandoned

i did find something weird Michael Registered D.S. and a variety songs under the title "I took an overdose & 789 other titles." i'll check BMG for the publishing info... I am a Rail Road, Track Abandoned

he has to be on BMI, but the site is down still no record of the sample... I am a Rail Road, Track Abandoned
