What has been your reaction to Musicology?
At first I liked it because it was Prince. Then I played it again and again and still liked it. Once I got used to it, I realized it sucked bad. It is just a cheesy record hands down. What is your favorite song so far? My favorite song is the song I play before or after I play this cd. What is the song you dislike the most? Most of them. Which songs would you replace on the album? All of them and would remix Musicology and Life of the Party to make them sound more real and less like studio songs. Which songs do you think might grow on you? What has been your reaction to Musicology?
- I was really pleased. Nothing ground-breaking, but a good PRINCE album all the same. What is your favorite song so far? If Eye Was The Man In Ur Life - In fact, The Marrying Kind, IEWTMIUL & On The Couch seem 2 work really well 2gether as a suite...intentional u think? What is the song you dislike the most? Not 2 keen on Life o' The Party, but it's better than Wedding Feast, so it's ok in my book 
Also, some of the cheesy keyboard stabs across the album are a little overwrought - sometimes less IS more Prince! Which songs would you replace on the album? The above - maybe with 'Silicon' or 'Splash' - actually, 'Splash' would have worked wonderfully. Which songs do you think might grow on you? I didnt really like Cinnamon Girl at 1st, but a few listens in and I was singing along! 
Do you think Musicology will be a chart-topper? 4 a short time, unsure about number one, but hey - it's a possibility. What is the last Prince album you actually enjoyed? The Rainbow Children, but I had 2 work at it. But that's ok 2 - some of His best work has been the stuff that's taken time 2 digest... Strongest track on the album crying out 4 a single release: A Million Days.

I was really pleased. What is your favorite song so far?  'm sure that 'm in the minority here: What Do U Want Me 2 Do? It sounds like a SOTT track. Linn machine = old-school flavor = smile on my face!
What is the song you dislike the most? don't dislike any of the songs; this is such a unique album! Every song on here sounds like it could fit on a classic Prince album. "A Million Days" reminds me of the Grafitti Bridge era, "The Marrying Kind" reminds me of the Choas and Disorder album, "Life 'o' the Party" = Newpower Soul, etc. So cool!
Which songs would you replace on the album? would replace the studio version of "Musicology" with the live per4mance he did on Leno; the Leno version was funky, the studio cut is a bit flat.
Which songs do you think might grow on you? Every time listen 2 it, each individual song just gets better and better.
Do you think Musicology will be a chart-topper? No, it's 2 unique 2 b accepted by the mainstream public. The title track and "Call My Name" should both do well as singles, tho. What has been your reaction to Musicology?
Well, we all like different things about Princes music so we have different expectations. In Musicology I find prince borrowing from himself more than ever! Most of us diehard prince experts have most of his work, so we'll can spot the similarities. This CD does not sound created from inspiration it sounds forced and lacks the explosiveness we expect from Prince much like the Truth lacked inspiration as in both cases there are exceptions. Prince is talented enough that even when his qualities fail him his talent pulls through. This is the case with MUSICOLOGY. Here are the similarities -Musicology is Rock-n-roll is alive Call my name is a vocal version of either Xcogitate or a track from the news (I know I've heard it) Cinnamon Girl is Vava Voom Million days is 17 days What is your favorite song so far? Call my Name & On the couch What is the song you dislike the most? I don't dislike any of the songs I'm disappointed in:ILLusion,C,P & C, Life of the Party (every time he has a song with this type of title it's lifeless Positivity, Jam of the year, I rock there 4 I am, failed to deliver the punch) Which songs would you replace on the album? I would change Cinnamon Girl to a falsetto vocal and remove I,C,P &C and Life of the party Which songs do you think might grow on you? Cinnamon Girl Do you think Musicology will be a chart-topper?
