weird cross marketing ideas you DO want to see implemented cosmetics
if prince is going to have his own make up range, then why not do with brands he actually used? the man loved make up, so lets see him get endorsed by some of the companies he was actually into.
sports prince loved basketball - why not see some balls with the symbol on them? maybe a line of sneakers/trainers too?
shoes he loved heels - why cant there be some cool heels, maybe for men even?

I think lots of cool things could be done in the realm of instruments and virtual instruments. • Fender Prince Stratocaster. Tons of artists have their own signature strat. Do one to his specs, with those emgs etc. The blue super bowl strat and Orange 3121 era strat would be so cool. • virtual instruments. Hookup with native instruments, SOUNDTOYS, or Universal Audio and release some kind of Prince inspired package. | |

We don't need to see Prince commodified beyond his music any more than it has been, in ways he might not have appreciated.
That said, it's inevitable that his aesthetics will be exploited every few years, so I like the idea of making the fashion available. Less so replicas of his own clothes and more just inspired by the aesthetic and updated in collab as a unisex line with someone. | |
