theres no way he recorded 150 songs for 3rd eye girl. I believe Black is the new Black was his next major project. Well according to Adrian Cruchfield it was. He went into detail in a interview with dr funkenberry from a couple of years ago now, how prince wanted to move forward with Black is The New Black with shows etc. After the Piano and microphone shows. He said he knew of 8 songs recorded for it. This was more than a mono side project.

all i'm saying is: i'd rather have a boxset of 100 odds and ends than a half completed album, which may or may not be another side project.

why would you want 3rd eye girl material? It was his one of his weakest albums?

I won't ever turn away any Prince music but PE is an uneven album but that's just me. There are some awesome parts and some parts that sound like they belonged on a different album or project. I do wish I had seen 3rdEyeGirl live though.

"Die" is already circulating as "Livin 2 Die".It is a techno type song "Born 2 Die" was previewed on the recent 60 minutes show.They are 2 different songs

Dr.FnB says it is Prince's(r.i.p.) last album. If not Mono(whom is Prince's(ri.i.p.) heir apparent) would have put it out.

They debit your money right away. Personally, I'd rather the money go to the Estate rather than Amazon. It may be more expensive (I actually don't know) but at least it goes to actually keeping Prince's legacy alive instead of a big corporate behemoth who will receive a cut of the money.

I dont care that Prince's siblings benefit from album sales (I also dont actually know if they even do). They are his family and it's Prince's fault for not leaving a will. But I hope you get the album.

The first mention I saw of 1010 was back in 1996 or so.

It worked...liked I presumed...in germany..amazon...the prize went down from 199 €(240 $) to 124 € ...that is a letdown...(? right english term..?)..of ca. 75 € / 91 $...I think it will go down further...

still about 149 $...hopin'....

Single disc only. I want the blu-ray, but I won't be strong-armed into buying a bunch of knickknacks I have no use for.

And if it weren't Prince, I'd just stream the thing because that's how I'll be listening to it anyway.
