What is weird about it to me is that Kirk lied about being there until 10:30. And, I will say it is odd that someone that recently OD'd was not checked on given his pills were not confiscated. However, I would have expected it to be Kirk to check on him, not Meron.

It is in the files that Kirk said he dropped Prince off at PP shortly before 8 pm (which implies he left). However, Meron said she and Kirk were at PP till around 10:30 pm. So either Kirk or Meron is lying. Don't know why Meron would overstate why they were there though.

I'm not saying people needed to check on him by barging in his room. However you could send emails and such, and when no response, go check. Keep in mind that Prince appeared to be struggling that day, and he had just told Kirk on the way back from the pharmacy that the pills weren't helping. If my best friend had almost just died and was in obvious pain and distress, yes I would check on them. (It is debatable that Kirk was Prince's best friend, but it seemed like it was his closest thing to a best friend).

No, I don't think my opinion conflicts with what the coronoer said. Although I don't know what the coroner said because I don't know that they released the time of death.

I believe one of the emergency workers said he had been dead for AT LEAST six hours. That doesn't mean he died six hours prior, it means that based on the state of his body, it had been a minimum of six hours since he passed. Now I don't know all the science behind that, and I believe PeggyO said paramedics really can't judge that. But my point is, he obviously hadn't just died, and nobody has stated when he died. So 9:30 pm the night before is just as plausible as 3:45 am to me. (Again though, I am not stating as fact because I don't know the science behind death.

I belive: He had long time pain and he did not want it know he was suffering. So he was treating it with proxy perscriptions. But then he was also getting some pain pill off the street... some of them were part of a bad batch. He ODed at least once before the 20/21... he either risked it or...

Where are Offical interviews of Kirk & Phaedra seperatley why hasnt this been ruled a criminal investigation. Prince was killed by premeditated clandestine conspiracy by those who wanted to control his Masters and certain people were paid to betray him for their share of the money. Thats why nobody is talking.

Poppy, I apologize for speaking in a manner that made you feel I was saying this directly to you. I didn't intend to do that, which is why I used the words "for those" in my comment along with other non-specific word choices and really meant it for people in general who are having problems with those who still want to talk about this. I am not worrying about this staying open or closed, but several who are posting obviously do want it to stay open. It seems like threads are shut down when fighting starts and I put that out there so those who do want to speak keep that in mind.

You are entitled to your opinion, there's not a single thing wrong with that. I've put my own opinion up about this and I stand by it. If people still need to talk about his death then they should do so. It's confined to one thread on this entire forum so no one should be bothered by it.

Its really sad because Prince wanted to live but he was alone when he ODd he probably tried to get back into his body like before but there was nobody around to revive him. now hes gone and was long gone by time he was found and his body could no longer sustain its spirit. I believe in reincarnation hes probably somebodys newborn but 2 years old now today.
