Or maybe Prince did not want to talk to certain people. Didn't he and Sheila have a falling out a few years before? I don't think that they were on the best of terms.

.

Sheila E. said they had not spoken in 8 months or so. I thought they had reconnected, but maybe not. However, you would think that Sheila E. could contact him, directly through e-mail. I know they had a falling out at one time, but I think they always had a genuine love and respect for one another.

I do not think Prince got a message from her, Andre or Jerome. Tamron said she spoke to him on Saturday for a few hours after contacting by e-mail.

We cannot go on anything Kirk did or said. So we still do not know what he O.D on the plane.

See Kirk and his lies below.

---------

During a search warrant executed at Paisley Park on 4/21/2016 (the day Prince was found deceased), a suitcase was found in Prince’s bedroom next to his bed. Among the items inside that suitcase were prescription pill bottles in the name of Johnson. A closer examination of those pill bottles revealed that not all the pills inside the containers were the pills listed on the prescription. One of the pill bottles, a Vitamin D bottle, was found to contain the controlled substance Ondanselron Hydrochloride. A second prescription bottle, said to contain Ondansetron, was found to contain the controlled substance Acetarninophen/oxycodone hydrochloride. The date those medications were prescribed to Johnson, according to the pill bottles, was 4/7/2016. The medications were prescribed by Dr. Schulenberg. Johnson told Investigators he was unaware Prince was addicted to pain medication. Your Affiant is awar

Why would Dr. S prescribe this to Kirk? Was Kirk going thru withdrawals?

Ondansetron

Sometimes when you go cold turkey from these pain meds it is very dangerous and life threatening. It's better to gradually decrease the meds.

Yes, that is very true. I just don't understand why the doc gave him Oxycondone the day before, when that is a very high-addictive drug. Like others have said here, maybe Prince was trying to ween himself off the pain pills and trying to manage it himself?

The doctor put out a statement that he never prescribed controlled substances for Prince. The controlled substances were for Kirk. Why was Kirk being prescribed pain pills and anti nausea meds.

Either something is wrong with Kirk or the Dr. was doing something slick.

No one finds this strange?

Yes that is strange...have no idea if Kirk is still on these meds today...that would tell us something...

Yes, it's strange. During the inital reporting, the doctor said that he came to PP to bring Prince his test results. If he was treating Kirk, why bring the results to PP? If it was Kirk who was receiving treatment, I doubt that the doctor would have made the house call at all. The bottom line is that Kirk and Dr S are in cahoots together on this, however, it was not the pills that Dr. S prescribed that killed Prince. So Dr. S and Kirk may be charged with something, but it probably won't be anything all that significant. Afterall, Conrad Murray adminisitered the meds that directly killed MJ and only served 2 years in the penn. It really sounds to me like Dr. S and Kirk were only trying to get Prince through his withdrawals.

I'm convinced that Prince has had a long time drug problem. Before his death, I would not have believed it, but with all of the evidence that we know about, he obviously did have a problem.

1. He died from a fentanyl OD, although I don't believe that he knew that he was taking fentanyl. He thought it was the Watson 835s.

2. 6 days before he was found, his plane had an emergency landing and the released search warrants state that the reason for the emergency was that he OD'd on opiates.

3. Mayte has detailed in her book, several incidents that point to substance abuse:

a) The migraines and general not feeling well.

b) The alleged wine and aspirin incident where he had to be taken to the hospital and have his stomach pumped

c) The LA incident where he had severe stomach upset and asked Mayte to flush some pills down the toilet

d) There was one incident where Mayte says that he was acting "loopy".

I don't think that anyone framed Prince to make him look like a drug addict. I do believe that there were enablers around.

Nothing you stated is indication of long time drug use. No one could be abusing these pills for 20 years and live long and work at the pace he did.

I would not go on anything Mayte has said because her statements are inconsitent. In fact she is saying she never saw him take any pills. eek

Migraines do not come from taking pain pills but they can be prescribed for them althought it is not recommended.

If you have migraines and like to drink wine you are going to be loopy. In the podcast with Jerome he repeatly said Prince liked drinking wine and trust me if he was knocking back wine and pain pills he would have been out of here a long time ago.

I believe his problems with these pills were in his later years and I belived he even had an Rx at one time or another. No one is saying he was not abusing these meds but something is fishy with mislabled pills and Kirk's behavior.

There is a longer piece of Kirk's interview that was shown on CBS news and in that piece he is saying that if people have a problems with Prince's death that is not his worry.

Something is not right about this guy along with the fact that he had Rx for controled substances written for him by Dr. S which he lied about. Could Kirk be on drugs as well?

.

Mayte, among many others who were in P's inner circle have made a lot of inconsistent statements.

.

KJ is not being truthful, and I'm glad you mentioned what he said in that CBS interview because I was going to say something about that -- when the interviewer said to him "There are people who want someone to be prosecuted for the death of Prince", and KJ's response was "That is their problem.".........Woah....really now? eek

Another thing that does not add up, imo, is why would Kirk need to pick up Rx for Prince under "Kirk Johnson", when the pharmacy stated that Prince, himself would come in to pick up his Rx? Why was their a need to have an alias or to have Kirk pick up his meds? The doctor said KJ used his name to protect Prince's privacy. KJ claims he only did that one time, but you have to wonder.

He lied he did it more than once and if Prince had been picking up withdrawal meds before the only reason he may have wanted privacy is because he knew someone was talking to the media.

After TMZ was the first to report the plane incident and say it was percocet and we now know Kirk told the doctors it was percocet. Someone was snitching maybe he thought someone at the pharmacy was talking because there is nothing embarrassing about the drugs he was prescribed

.

Now, isn't lying to authorities considered a crime? I know KJ has a criminal defense attorney, because he is in deep doo-doo. He has a lot to answer to. Yea, he is a vault up in his head, alright! rolleyes

Oh, yes, I most definitely find that behavior strange!! KJ was getting the pills and giving them to Prince, and the doctor most likely knew it too!!

The fact that meds with his name on them were in Prince's things is a crime. You can not give people your meds. We do not have the long report of the autopsy so we do not know if the stuff prescribed to Kurt was found in P's system or not but if it was Kirk could be in a lot of trouble.

The attorney that he has specializes in these types of enabler cases. People are living in a fantasy world if they do not see that Kirk is a suspect in this case and may be more than just an enabler.

Zena: Excellent points you make. The search warrant should have been done IMMEDIATELY. It was not, so therefore, the crime scene was CONTAMINATED. I've said this a dozen times before -- we don't know who was walking in and out of PP, and KJ had the "keys", so he could come and go as he pleased (didn't mean to make that rhyme), but just saying.

.

I agree, everything was done half-assed (excuse my french). Perhaps the CCSO could not handle such a large investigation, so they brought in more help.

They saw the laptop but did not come and get it until later and when they came back it was in the office. So someone went up to his bedroom and got the laptop. Why did they not take it after the first search? Especially when they found all of his communciation was done on that computer.

.

I agree. That was some shady B.S. eek

.

It's pretty common that during a crime scene/search, they will immediately remove all communication devices (phone/laptop/pc).

Not if Prince was not well or suffering from joint pain or just the side effects of these drugs.

I also am not ruling out that Kirk may be on something as well.

I think the reason no arrests have been made yet (or maybe never will be) is because they cannot trace the lethal Fentanyl pill(s) to anyone. They can't arrest KJ because he did not give the lethal pills to Prince. They have to have a concrete connection, and that's not an easy task to prove.

.

I just want peace and justice for Prince. If someone is responsible, then they need to be held accountable. Simple as that.

Murray got off due a technicality is his trial. He lucked out.

Dr S will not get into any trouble because he is going to have the paperwork to back up his assertion that he wrote no pain pills for Prince. Kirk is the one that is going to be in trouble.

I hope they were just trying to help but Kirk's attutide is weird.

I believe in Alex Hahn's original book "The Rise and Fall of Prince" or was it "Possessed"?, he stated a similar incident with the wine and aspirin. These incidents happenned about 20 years ago.

People with substance abuse issues do in fact try to hide their addiction from their loved ones. It's entirely possible that Prince never took any pills in front of her.

I have been on narcotic pain pills in the past and they will cause migraines when you stop them. I was only on the pain meds for about a week and got migraines.

Perhaps both Kirk and Prince had an opiate problem. Who knows? Right now, I'm leaning towards believing that the Rx's were for Prince in Kirk's name, which is illegal to do and that's why they are lying. Kirk may be the one who was getting the street drugs for Prince, but right now we don't have enough info to determine that.

It sounds to me like Prince was trying to detox himself, so he was trying to avoid the pills that he already had. The pills that Kirk got for him were probably to ease the withdrawal symptoms until he could get into a treatment program.

.

Yes, but the warrant and reports suggest there were pills "everywhere", in bags, suitcases, drawers, envelopes, etc. Another thing I found strange is that the report said there were written lyrics to "You got the look" in the bag/suitcase by his bed. eek

The ziploc bags and envelopes with pills were found in Andrew Kornfield's bag, not amongst Prince's stuff.

Yes, someone else just mentioned that as well. Obviously something was going on between P and KJ. Prince needed to get something off his chest, so he did it in the song. I agree with you, Prince was not the type of person to let another overpower or control him. No way, not happening!

Right now, I'm leaning towards believing that the Rx's were for Prince in Kirk's name, which is illegal to do and that's why they are lying. Kirk may be the one who was getting the street drugs for Prince, but right now we don't have enough info to determine that.

-/I never said she was making up anything. Taking to many aspirian for a headache and drinking wine is not the same as abusing pain meds. The problem with Mayte is she said she never saw him taking drugs how is it possible to be married to someone and not know they are using drugs? No one who is married would ever believe such a thing. As far as throwing the pills down the drain she never took a look at what they were so she dies not know if he has a prescription or if they were aspirian. I know Dr. Fink said that he saw Prince taking aspirin all the time because he said he headaches maybe he had migraines which s
can make you loopy maybe he had seziure which came out of his own mouth. I cannot understand why it so hard to believe that he was not the picture of perfect health? Drinking big glasses of wine can make you loopy as well.

Yes, but the warrant and reports suggest there were pills "everywhere", in bags, suitcases, drawers, envelopes, etc. Another thing I found strange is that the report said there were written lyrics to "You got the look" in the bag/suitcase by his bed. eek

The ziploc bags and envelopes with pills were found in Andrew Kornfield's bag, not amongst Prince's stuff.

.

Right, thanks for reminding me. Yea, and AK, another guy that got away with committing a crime. rolleyes

Andrew brouhgt drugs across state lines with no RX and no license to practice medicine. He or his dad should be in jail. What kind of doctors does this?

Now, isn't lying to authorities considered a crime? I know KJ has a criminal defense attorney, because he is in deep doo-doo. He has a lot to answer to. Yea, he is a vault up in his head, alright! rolleyes

People are living in a fantasy world if they do not see that Kirk is a suspect in this case and may be more than just an enabler.

.

I agree. If KJ was giving Prince controlled substances that were in his name, then why haven't they charged him with anything -- that is what I find strange. I'm guessing they still haven't compiled all the evidence they need. It's still an open homicide investigation, as you know.

What is really crazy if Prince was going to take all the withdrawal meds and the pain pills what was Dr. S trying to do? Some of the drugs he gave him should not be taken together.

I believe he was bringing Prince test tesults as their are certain protocols you have to have to write meds under someone else's name. I believe testing is one of the protocols and if Prince really did not know what he was taking test could have been to find out what it was. Remember they found that UU880 and Latacaid stuff in his system he could have been taking bad Watsons with who knows what in them.

what is everyone's interpretation of prince mention of kirk in the piano show on use me? it's odd, i think it might have just been a friendly jibe, either way it's odd and out of place. Prince was the boss, i can't imagine no one running his life.

Was odd and really stood out in the song. I heard what he said /meant loud and clear but others may not...

KJ is not being truthful, and I'm glad you mentioned what he said in that CBS interview because I was going to say something about that -- when the interviewer said to him "There are people who want someone to be prosecuted for the death of Prince", and KJ's response was "That is their problem.".........Woah....really now? eek

.

I'm sorry but I really don't like that...(And, yes, OK - that's 'my problem').
.

At the very least, surely everyone would want the manufacturers / distributors / suppliers of the fake Watson, fentanyl-tainted, pills found and brought to justice ('prosecuted') - not only did those pills result in the death of Prince, they could, potentially, end up in the demise of many other people too!

.
It isn't just 'our problem' - drugs like these doing the rounds is the problem of an entire nation!

I don't think that Mayte made up the wine and aspirin incident nor the flushing of the pills down the toilet incident.

He had a heart and high blood pressure issues 2
