His story is just that a story and seems shady. Andrew told officers the drugs in his backpack were from his own med cabinet. They were also brought in envelopes....and he said he did not intend to treat P? Then why did he bring those drugs with him in the first place? Seems he may have been able to have had the fake laced pill and could have added pills to innocent looking bottles. Not clear when he really first arrived at PP it says 9:43 am and his plane got in at 6am. I am sure the phone records would show when the communication between him and Kirk took place. http://www.mncourts.gov/m...ndex-5.pdf It doesn't matter what time that morning though because rigor mortis had already set in. If he showed up between 3-6 it's possible.

It's nothing to be ashamed of, it can happen to anyone. Perscription drugs are very easy to get addicted to, as we can see with the increase in overdoses of both Hollywood and everyday people. I agree. I suffer from back problems and have been on hydrocodone for 8yrs. I do respect the meds I take and have never abused them. I have found my recently taking twice as much as normal but it's still under my doctors recommended dosage. I think my back/leg pain is worst than ever now but these things just allow me to get around, they don't take the pain completely away. I'm saddened by Prince's situation because he never had a chance to get better. I don't think he was going thru withdrawals because he had so many pills available. The hiding them all over thing is a sure sign of having a problem, also almost dying on that plane was another red flag. I'm not sure about the laws in Minnesota but here in TX it's not that easy to get opioids anymore. For sure you can't have a doctor give your friend a prescription meant for you. You can't get more than 1 opioid script within 30 days, and it can't be phoned in by a doctor either. You have to pick up your paper perscription ( printed on department of public safety paper ) in person and have it filled exactly 30 days or later from your last. They also ask for ID, no aliases will work. Too many people are dying out there, this stuff is no joke. I'm surprised if Minnesota hasn't changed the laws concerning opioids since Prince's death. With all the media coverage lately and Trump in office I think this country is in for a huge change in the way these medications are going to be dealt with and perscribed.

So Kirk Johnson had multiple perscriptions under his name including the one from Doctor Michael Shuclenberg...
Kirk Johnson was the one who made the call to Andrew Kornfeld? Kirk Johnson was 1 of 6 people at Paisley Park when Prince died...

Here's the thing, the search warrants were released, not the results.
The cell phone and gmails must tell plenty. Both warrants mention kirk, cell gps for whereabouts, calls, texts etc. He also had access to the after dark gmail account.
Did it strike anyone else that on 04-21 the laptop was in the bedroom, but in the office when they went back to collect it? Moved and most likely used. You cannot truly delete anything! Computer forensics is amazing.
The results of these search warrants will come to light when they're listed in an arrest warrant. I feel it in my gut and heart. I love you baby, just not like I love this guitar.~Prince~

I think federal laws changed since his death. I couldn't agree more about the shame factor. His shame didn't allow him to get help sooner, nearby and openly. It's so sad that he didn't realize family, friends and a dedicated fanbase would have supported and not judged him through it.
I love you baby, just not like I love this guitar.~Prince~

that's a very likely cause, in fact, someone on here posted a thread a year ago that said something like "the moral of the story is, shame kills". It really does, Prince, as great as he was, could never just say "fuck what anyone thinks" and just be human.

Exactly and for the sake of argument, Prince supposedly was going through withdrawals and was to get treatment the very next day. So how and why in the bloody fucking hell did he end up taking just one more pain pill? One that just so happened to look like a regular Hydrocodone pill but was laced with the Fentanyl that killed him? I knew from the start that I loved you with all my heart.

Could be because the prescriptions were in Kirk's name...and pills here are being adjusted to your body weight. Kirk weighs a lot more than P. maybe the pills contained too much active ingredients than P.'s small body could process, hence the feeling sick and cancelling Atlanta. Just a thought. 'cause you got to know...how I feel about you babe

[Edited 4/17/17 22:33pm] Because he was already seeing Dr.S. Altought now it looks like Dr. S is saying he never prescribed any controlle substances for Prince do he was not trying to ween him off so I not sure what sort of treatment he was providing outside of meds to stop vomiting and blood pressure meds. We need some doctors to chaim in.

To me that part above in bold looks really suspicious. I suppose it could have just happened that way by mistake, but it makes u wonder too. Also the security cameras being off ? wonder if it was normal for them to be off ? they should be able to track when they were last on and what was the usual routine of there use. I agree it seems Prince had too many yes men and maybe yes women, Im sure it wasnt easy to sway someone as single minded and driven as Prince but considering what happened one week earlier and the fact people just left him alone given his known state is very unfortunate.

Um it was in reply to some comments that had been made about why has no-one been arrested and why certain people have been free to travel etc. The request to seal search documents from the 20th say the case is an active homicide investigation. Point 3 of the document is saying they wished information from the investigation to remain confidential so as not to alert potential suspects causing them to flee or alter or destoy evidence. Relate this back to why certain people have been allowed to continue on with life as normal. Best if you read the document itself as I can't fully explain what I mean.

Could someone please clarify. There was no more fentanyl found in the searches made by investigators? The only fentanyl found was from toxicology results?

Yes, it looks like the same bag, even if not the same physical bag, where he probably kept personal things like sunglasses, money, whatever.
He said he never saw drugs, but acording to Mayte that bag used to contain vitamin bottles. So... considering all the mislabel bottles at PP, that contained other stuff inside and not vitamins, I think it's safe to assume the bodyguard never saw drugs but he did pack those vitamins. See where I'm getting at?
