PrintableIn my state, a foreclosure can be instituted to obtain payment of any type of debt for which the property was either put up as collateral or directly involved in a transaction. I am assuming Minnesota's laws are similar. A mortgage is not the only instrument which would be involved. Prince was completely clear of such things in 2016. | |

Prince was completely clear of such things in 2016. --May not be the case in Minnessota and if you look in the Carver County website it list the past property tax that was due as a debt that was paid. Nothing about any properties being in foreclosure. The tax was past due and listed as paid. You either are in foreclosure or you just past due. It appears he had no mortgages on any of those properties as if 2016. Possible that he brought them free and clear and never had a mortgage therefore no foreclosure would have been possible just a lien. Anyway I was impressed with his ability to save his pennies. | |

Laura, he was old school financially, too. Conservative. I like that. I grew up that way and I can appreciate having the gold bars, having money in the bank, owning real estate, and not being invested in the stock market or any other at-risk investment. | |

Right after Prince died, there was some tabloid type article that said 3 Russians with suitcases went to Paisley Park on the evening of 4/20/16. I dismissed the article as BS. The article is now no where on the internet anymore. Then, after listening to Adrian Crutchfeilds podcast, he mentioned Prince's New Year's Eve performance for some ultra rich Russian dude. I forget his name but this ultra rich Russian dude is like real bad and was a supporter of Putin ( Russia's President). So supposedly, Prince was suppose to perform in Russia in June. Prince was supposedly suppose to speak politicay at this sold out show of 60,000 seats. Like Prince was an activist against Putin. Now Russians do kill people with Fentynal. So I have no proof Prince was supposed to do this Russian show. I would call the venue and ask but I don't speak Russian. I am not sure how he would have been able to travel if he had those problems. Pain pulses can also cause organ damage and I keep thinking that was an issue he may have been having. | |

Something i dont understand either...all thome women he played, all say just nice things about him. Im sure he was amazing if you know what i mean, but he seams to attracted them like a moth to a flame. They all got hurt and finally walked away, but still say only nice things. And people around him dont tell a single bad word or at least something he was doing wrong. Its like he was god or something. The same with his death, nobody comes forward and spills the beans.. how is this possible? Im mean i have secrets in my closet too, but something like your health and getting close to death (im sure he knew he was not well to say the least). I would think that they would've had to have a warrant. I'm wondering if the Org was served a warrent to get info on people? With just the simple IP address I think they can find our names, address and probably phone numbers. . Let's be clear, this is NOT saying the Org has any connection what so ever. | |
