Ok, y'all are scaring me.

The lady that kept insisting that I had to have done something Prince in Atlanta had scared me. I doubt the calls that I received from Minne were anything but telemarketers, just found it an interesting coincidence and the only reason I could think someone would call me with the investigation would be because of that tweet. But anyone that knew how Prince tweeted would know that he wasn't asking me that so they'd really have no reason to call me.

So they left a call-back number? Did you google it to confirm before you called back? This isn't how they normally do things. they show up at your door, show ID, etc.

I did google the number and it was a Hennepin exchange and for an extension at the Minnesota office of the DEA. Again he knew I called electric fetus from my cellphone and that I called PP. I'm on the east coast. He said they were just checking the boxes. It made sense to me. [Edited 1/13/17 20:43pm]

Well, that's good that you checked it out. I still think it's weird that they called, but maybe they are trying to take care of the longshot leads that are unlikely to yield anything real information.

But, if the police every call you for any reason (not necessarily about this), well, it's not the police. They don't call.

Yes I can prove the number for the DEA office that called but won't post it on this public forum. I am not looking for you all to believe me I guess I was wondering if anyone else has gotten a similar call. I never told another soul that I tried calling paisley park on April 21st and st this point I don't remember if the call connected and I left a voice mail or if there was a message which said that is for calling PP but we can't take your call. No one else but electric fetus and my cell phone carrier and credit card company knew that I called electric fetus. I am not making this up. Maybe I'm the only idiot who tried calling PPon April 21 to make sure prince was ok. I was hoping I'm not the only one who got a call from the DEA. I will call the agent back on tuesday (Monday is mlk day) and try to talk to the agent again. The phone number started 612-344-and had an ending number in the 4100 range. That's legit enough for me.

Hmmm. Maybe not such a good idea to call them back. Let it lie, legit or not legit call, either way. Calling undue attention. Investigators with government agencies can and do easily find out all that info including fb.

The NSA only has the information that shows on your phone bill (to/from calls, where, when time).

UNLESS someone gets a search warrant through the FISA court, they do not attach any other info or monitor you.

(I live somewhat near that big NSA installation, my son-in-law is in and out of it all the time, we've had lots of indepth location investigations on it.)

SO....I'd say that the search warrant was for PP phones, all employee phones (which really would be Prince's phones), and all calls in/out -- with linkages.

This is not a matter of national security. But the authorities were authorized and able to positively identify then research someone with very obscure interests, having nothing to do with the matter. Just to "check a box".

This has nothing to do with caller ID.

Obviously, the DEA/investigators have a warrant for all phone records associated with Paisley and all employees, co-workers, band members, etc.

That means the phone company/companies have been compelled to provide lists of all calls in/out for a certain time period.

This has NOTHING to do with the NSA or "surveillance".

The investigators obviously have obtained LEGAL SEARCH WARRANTS for all calls in/out of any phone number related to PP, Prince, his band members, employees, etc.
