1) We're told he wanted a museum, he never said it publically or took any steps towards turning it into a museum.

2) I don't see how sitting on a piano is "disregard" for Prince. Given these people took the time to visit and pay for the VIP tour... they clearly have regard for Prince.

3) It's a guided tour - why wouldn't the operators have replica instruments for fans on the VIP tour to play about with? Seems like a no brainer?

While I completely think that the photos' are disresepectfult etc.., I do think we just need to in the spirit of Prince not hate on these people who made a mistake.

I think calling out the management via twitter by Londell is not the way to manage a business and I would prefer if they stayed of social media and get their business hat on. Sort it out behind closed doors, fix the processes so it won't happen again and move on to something more interesting. This is the problem with social media. People forget how to have a real life conversation to reolve issues.

It was wrong, it was stupid, don't kill the people and fix it so that the rules are better enforced. It's not rocket science or is it?

The Current's Jay Gabler exercises restraint when in the presence of Prince's piano at Paisley Park.

Prince fans have been expressing concerns about the fact that some VIP tour attendees at Paisley Park have been taking liberties while posing for photos with a purple piano and guitar played by Prince. In some photos, fans are seen lying on the piano, putting their feet up a la Jerry Lee Lewis, fingering the frets on the guitar, and even seeming to lick the guitar. “This shouldn’t have happened,” tweeted the venue, promising to “ensure policies in place around controlled photos in Studio B are always respected and enforced.”

I think people forget that he was their brother. I don't have siblings but I have people I've grown up with almost as siblings and I know no matter what issues transpire between us I know my reaction when to others disrespecting them. I think people forget their own humanity sometimes.
