These two yo-yos are giving the purple fam a bad name! How disrespectful and they should be banned from PP. Purple FAMS have worked hard to be respectful to his home and legacy and now this. Personally, I am so disappointed in these two right now. It's just appalling. These people 'got no home trainin'! If we want these things - piano and guitar - to be around for a long time we must take care of them. The only scratches that should be on that piano should be from our Prince's boots! Don't touch his &#@*! Period. [Edited 10/16/16 13:04pm]

What the.....????!!!! . Question.....was this picture taken before or after Prince passed? . Regardless, it's very tacky and disrespectful to do that in anyone's home!

Ugh. I saw them at the Dance Party, and when I saw those photos I was furious. Things like this ruin it for others. When I toured PP yesterday and took my photo, we happened to bring up this situation. They were aware, I hope nothing like this happens again From now on, 4 U I shall be wild 💜

. Very upsetting to see that. Some people are stupid and have no respect for the deceased. . So, are they allowing photography at PP? . I agree -- I hope they put a stop to this nonsense and there should be no tolerance for that B.S.

They're only allowing one photo for the VIP tour. They take it for you on their camera, We had to lock up our phones for the entire tour. Which baffles me even more that a PP employee let this happen. From now on, 4 U I shall be wild 💜

I'm taking my que from people who were there and all that I've seen have reported that such behavior was unusual which says to me that PP staff wasn't encouraging this behavior but quite possibly just went along with those people who insisted on behaving that way. Not good, but I'm glad something official was said

I worry it will be damaged. It should be left just as Prince left it, in my opinion. I'm replying to myself because I've since read reports on the Housequake facebook that the piano is a replica. I would hope that they're not letting fans paw the real thing. https://www.facebook.com/...4132106643 Amy Russell Gilmore They do know about the photos at the piano. A staff member takes the photo (no phones or cameras are allowed). Most people respectfully stand by the piano or sit on the bench. The piano is a replica. Not the piano that Prince used.
Amy Russell Gilmore I was at Paisley Park on Friday evening. We were in a group of about 40 people. There were probably 100+ people touring while we were there. No one that I saw acted like this. Fans were overjoyed to be were he created his magic. Many people cried (including me). Many of the areas are roped off. I feel very fortunate that we were allowed access to the studios and the video editing room. Kirk Johnson was in the video editing room. He showed unreleased clips and answered questions. It was great! We were told that this is not the piano that Prince used. His purple piano is on display in the huge party room along with items from different albums. I agree that there may be too much access allowed at this time. Some idiots will disrespect the things that the fans adore. [Edited 10/16/16 18:14pm]

^ Why on earth would I care what Llondel has to say about anything? Does he own Paisley Park? Do I listen to his records? His only interest is financial. FACT.

We were there Friday night. The lady who took our picture was the Archive Director for not only Paisley Park but also for Graceland. And if any have watched the Entertainment Tonight segment done on Paisley Park before the opening, she was the one giving the tour. I can't see her letting this happen. But then again, when we had our picture taken, she took it as she was turned around talking to someone else...so who knows if she was even paying attention. Ugh....

I don't care what anyone says, I think that it was disrespectful and shouldn't have been allowed. And I don't care if Prince licked or pretended to lick his guitar, smashed it, or got on top of his piano, because it was HIS, and he could do whatever the hell he wanted with it! That doesn't mean that others should just go into Paisley Park, his home and studio, and act fools of themselves and disrespect his instruments that were so important to him! Prince loved Paisley Park and he loved his instruments, and those that visit there should respect that, and treat it with the upmost respect......any fan that really loves Prince knows that, and would! I don't give a damn if it were replicas, I still wouldn't treat it the way these people did, even if it were! Some can try to defend and excuse these people's behavior all they want, but there is no defense or excuse for it. RESPECT PRINCE'S HOUSE!!!! [Edited 10/16/16 18:55pm]

Fools carrying on like this... they planned their photo to get attention. And they're only inspiring someone else to try and top them. For those that think these fools should have "the right" to do this, what comes next? Some other fool standing on the piano because Prince did that and they paid for a VIP experience?! Give me a break.

After seeing this I wish to hell all of his stuff on display had an electric current running through it so the touchy, feely idiots would get zapped as soon as they laid one finger, tongue, toe, or ass on on his stuff.
