I think he was more concerned about the music not so much the money. He had so much tied up in Real Estate which can be easily sold so why would money have been a worry for him.

I think it's where the Judge hears the case via Conference Call. Probably because an attorney or

client can't travel, scheduling problems, ect. It was postponed from the 5th to today.

I've heard of this strategy when people don't want a court judgement. I've known people to drag cases out for a year or more with BS motions and excuses. I don't blame Manuela for this. Her divorce should not be made public. It sounds like the judge will issue another final order. I say that because on 8/4 there was a final decree issued, when he ruled that the court documents would be made public.

Because your parents were not worth millions. Prince is probaly the one that had it sealed since his assest and liablitities would have been listed and maybe the reason for the divorce. The first one is noboby's business and when you are wealthy you don't want your finances out for the entire would to see. You may have creditors or the tax man looking to see what you are worth. Also Mani may have made some statements about him that were untrue or true and embarrassing. Prince may have made some statements about her that were untrue or embarrassing. Remember she did not have a dime to her name when she met him and was probaly trying to take him to the cleaners I imagine his attorney's might have put some of her business out there to get the outcome to work in Prince's favor.

I don't mean to be rude when I say this, but the world is not interested in digging into your parents' divorce business. There may have been embarrassing, untrue, or misleading info in Prince and Manuela's divorce records. Not everything in court records are totally true. For us regular people, no one would be interested in digging through our divorce files looking for dirt. This is not the case with Prince and Manuela.

So how would you or your parents feel if their divorce business was front page news and worst yet, front page tabloid news? You, me, your parents, and most people will never have to worry about that. Celebrities deserve the same level of privacy that the rest of us get to a point.
