I think I have to backtrack and see exactly who the NEHs are because I'm getting a mixed reading so I'm thinking VJ is not getting the concealed info or maybe limited amounts of it. Yes, I think the figure might be for a marketing and distrubution deal. Kind of like what P did from time to time.

I googled Equitable Adoption yesterday and read that those children can only inherit from the parents not through them,meaning they could not inherit from their adopted grandparents unless there is privity. The girls argue Minnesota law/case law allows for a parent/child relationship to be established that is not genetic for intestate purposes.

If the Judge finds by clear and convincing evidence there was a parent/child relationship ("privity")between Duane and John L the girls would "step into the shoes" of Duane for inheritance purposes.

The girls have filed a Motion to Compel Discovery from Tyka, and P's two other sisters, Sharon, and Norrine.

Discovery = documents; photos; names, addresses, and phone numbers of potential witnesses.

The girls are asking the Judge to intervene and Order the sisters to produce the documents and information requested immediately.

They have a cut off date for Discovery on November 4, 2016 so time is of the essence.

They are also arguing over the deposition date for Tyka. It appears they agreed to a deposition date but now cant agree?

The girls attorneys have already taken the deposition of P's other two sisters, Norrine and Sharon.

This is typical discovery problems in complex litigation.

Rodney Dixon has filed a Memorandum in Opposition to him being a frivilous litigant.

This guy is unrelentless, and has to spend every day working on this case.

What happened to those 2 places that had events scheduled at PP? I looked through yesterday trying to find them and got distracted about all the other things that has been going on.

In a way I don't blame Tyka's statement of 90,000 claims, there were quite a few over anything and everything.
