Music is not going to take as long as you think. The court or the LLC is moving forward with putting out music and the court has not shown any issue with the estate moving forward with money making ventures. The music will be the main money maker so I am sure they are going to move forward with getting it out quickly. The problem will be cataloguing it and deciding what to put out, what is the best format, and pricing.

We have had two rumors about sales already but I believe those are actually licening deals for streaming. So talks concerning the music have already started.

laura, I can't dispute this. But he should have NEVER said anything at all then about what was being said in media outlets. By doing that and denying it, he's put a gigantic question mark on his credibility with fans. Really bad move. I know that I am wavering on the line as to whether his word can be trusted and no matter what his deal is, I will not trust him if these things are happening and he has denied it.

I have a question regarding the latest Notice of filing order. There are a ton of attorneys listed. Who are they representing? I have cross referenced all the sibling attorneys, the Bremer attorneys, the media attorneys , the Carlin Q attorneys, and still at the bottom of the list there are a lot of new attorneys listed.

I find this very interesting, because the other alleged children who took dna tests that came back negative, were publicly excluded as heirs.

There has not been an Order from the Judge excluding anyone who took a DNA test.

The Judge filed an Order excluding claimants who stated they were children of P's but they were excluded without DNA testing.

I went back and looked at the records. On 9/1 the Judge granted CQW another DNA test at another

lab. The deadline was 9/21. I can't find anything pertaining to CQW since 9/1. So I guess we don't

even know if he had the second test done.

Re Estabon: the last I heard was that he / his representatives were going to challenge the ruling which stated that his being adopted meant he couldn't at least know if his DNA matched...I thought they were maybe going to pursue it on the grounds that the biological father hadn't agreed to it (either that or human rights grounds, maybe?)

I seem to recall reading on here that he was searching for a new legal team to take on the case, no?

I didn't think Estabon was ever tested so he's not part of the 7, right? I have not poured over the documents, but I have been following this thread a little. It seems like there might been one of the 7 whose name has not leaked out. Or it seems that way to me sometimes...
