VN was born after John passed away. This whole thing comes down to what the legal definition of a parent and sibling is. --- I thought the swindlers said in court docs they are not taking the DNA test because they know they are not related but have a parental relationship with John thur there dad. I still do not understand how they a parental relationship with Prince? I'm not going to read all that. but from I've gleaned. Thry're going a legal stance Duane was treated like a sibling and was accepted as a sibling. Most of the stuff they're using though seems to come from inheritance rights of those that were born from somekind of insemination process.

I'm assuming Bremer answers this back and I'm curious how they'll approach it.

Regardless of how Bremer responds it will be denied by the Judge. The handwriting is on the wall. Their only hope is in the Court of Appeals and it is unlikely they will win. In other news, this week we will find out if ex2 files an appeal on the divorce case.

Hey Morningsong how are you today? I have been keeping a constant watch to see any activity in
court but so far nothing. We have 3 more days to go before we hear about divorce unseal right??

There's been some activity but nothing related to the divorce paperwork. Welcome to "the org", Mumio…they can have you, but I'll have your love in the end

Does it appear that Brianna Nelson, and V.N. add another legal person? See the 12 september documents at http://www.mncourts.gov/I...elson.aspx Pills and thrills and daffodils will kill... If you don't believe me or don't get it, I don't have time to try to convince you, sorry.

There is a another claim filed on 9/7 that I guess I overlooked.
It's by the organization that had booked PP for May 14th, and due
P's passing was not able to hold their event there.

What if there is no contract, but only an oral agreement? And if there is a contract, isn't a death an act of God and so negates any agreement? It seems poor form to sue the estate rather than rescheduling it for later. Did they pay to hold it there or was it donated space (my guess)? Without knowing more, it looks opportunistic and disrespectful. "Hold on to your souls y'all. We got a long way to go. Thank you! We love y'all!"

I don't think that is necessarily a fair statement, tbh...I run a small organisation myself and funds are tight...If we'd booked an event and spent our hard-fought funds on printing / sending invitations, putting a deposit down on catering, etc etc, I'd feel sad about the proprietor's death, of course - but I'd still be wanting - NEEDING - to get back the costs incurred, just so I could reorganise things for another time / place.

-/ Well there are not a lot of financial claims against the estate and this is the fault of Bremer. Not a debt Prince caused.

Because people file claims it does not they are going to win.

You are right, and there is nothing to indicate in the claim that a contract was signed.

I suspect this is the reason Bremer did not give them any money. [Edited 9/13/16 5:56am]

The media likes to blow things out of propotion. People can file all the claims they like it is about what you can prove. 30 people belived they were hires and none of those claims went anywhere.

The Judge issued a Protection Order today without hearing. No indication who requested and received a Protection Order or why one was issued.
Just doesnt make sense.
