I found this paragraph interesting the other day when the Judge ruled in part the following:

Looks liks Rodney's brother filed the papers he was supposed to too late, so they'r ruling on what they have. I see that all the sealed files become unsealed 20 days after this ruling. I guess people are allowed to file whatever they want for as long as they want but if they don't have supporting proof they won't get far. Most of these are basically people not having supporting paperwork done.

Well he says he understood the documents were supposed to be sealed but my point was that he was named by the paper & fans went digging, contacting him etc. just because someone is named doesn't mean we should become like amatuer TMZ reporters, some people do need to think before they post. And Carlin's mom didn't submit an affidavit and he's only going by 3rd party hearsay.

So in truth Prince and Rodney made this contract in stone way back 4,000 years ago or so but it's written in hieroglyphics so the judge couldn't read it and he dropped it and it broke so that was the end of that contract.
