I like the song, but he didn't release for a reason. He knew rape wasn't something to joke about. Even though he still wrote and recorded it, I'm not mad. I'm not saying all men think about it but there are a lot of men out there who would never rape a woman who have thought about it at least once when they were being rejected. Prince was all about pushing the limits at that time and he knew that would have crossed the line. But if he would have just said are you gonna come quietly or do I have to drag you to this tub (I probably got the lyric wrong but you get the idea) and not said rape, that would been.... kinda sexy because dominance....is kinda sexy. But when I think of rape I think of violence and a woman (or man) crying for her dignity. Either way, as a woman, I give the song a 8/10.
