I really like stories like this. It's like he had a covert way of communicating with individual fans without fear of getting drooled all over by them.

I'm convinced Prince saw this thread I made about youtube musician MonoNeon from 2013. He recruited Hannah and Donna from watching their youtube videos as well. Now hearing that Prince and MonoNeon worked on an album together which may not ever get heard is depressing.

In 2007 after attending the second last night of the 21 nights in London tour I posted a poem about the concert on this site. I mentioned the anticipation on the train journey to London, the excitement when he came on stage, wonderment at his talent and a feeling of overflowing joy after the event. Although it was a bit amateurish, it was sincere - it's in http://prince.org/msg/12/248038?pr. It would be comforting for me to think that Prince had read it and to understood how much he was loved by someone he had never met.

I still feel as if Prince is here, maybe it's because we as a group of fans are keeping him alive in our hearts.

So far I´ve really enjoyed what his co-workers and bandmembers posted or wrote but the posts of this guy sound a bit odd to me.

I still appreciate him sharing his memories with us but I have a few "shaking my head" moments when I read his posts.

How can a person appreciate and promote a persons legacy and not know these simple historic facts.

dude, that's the thing though - I've looked at the official chats he's done online & tried to find similarities with stuff here, but that language pattern is pretty easy to mimic if someone really tried so we may never know! I really wanna know though - why you think I keep bumping this thread??!!!
