I used to mod here back in the early-mid 2000's, we (or at least I) were never informed of any accounts being Prince himself. If Ben did in fact know, he didn't share it with us, which would make sense. There could have just as easily been others in Prince's camp who were on here and relaying info back to him as well as responding on here too though.

What do you mean he wasn't "that" rich? He's definitely "that smart" - enough to pull it off with how secretive he's always been. Plus, why wouldn't he fake his own death if he believed it served a better cause, he wanted to retire in peace, or he could no longer perform as he wished? Why do you want him to be gone?

So, there's quite a few stories of something being posted or discussed here (and other fan forums), and then he seemed to have seen it and reacted to it in some way - and now we know through several sources that he did indeed check out the org, even laughed at some of it.

It's so sad to think he's not watching any of this anymore.

It was kind of "thrilling" before, that he might see and enjoy something interesting you had to say.

I was kind of enjoying visiting here today, but now I got sad again...

i got the impression imago was another brit, he was also proudly gay, so i don't think so. his reviews were quite good though, especially for a guy who didn't get paid for them.

You're absolutely right. She talks about the Yahoo event, then later talks about other non-yahoo streams.

Although given the above, it's hard to imagine he didn't have someone monitoring the org during the YLS. It could account for how short the concert portion was, given the hugely negative response?

he couldn't do a damn thing right for a good portion of the fans, so i don't know how he maintained if he did see some of these posts. You woulda thought it was a site for people who hated him if you didn't know any better.
