Prince is desperately hanging on to his youth, he doesn't want to appear old to be "marketable". This is a mistake IMHO. In his eyes, a gray haired Prince would lose a huge fan base since his image is based on his sex appeal... but I think a new fan base will come to appreciate him more and re-gain his older following.

Prince now has to re-define what sexy is in an aged body. Its time to focus on the music and not surround himself with little girls any more. He can't play young like an actor on a film set with body doubles in a sex scene... he needs to go the way of Smokey Robinson, and go in a mature route and leave that damn hair dye, and eyeliner alone... he has to develop a different look.

The longer he keeps wearing that eyeliner, tons of foundation and hair dye the closer he gets to looking like Little Richard. Except Little Richard applies his make-up better than Prince.

There is no need to feel embarrassment for anyone here, fam or "hater" alike... I myself see Prince as any normal man that is aging and some people take some issue with that as if the man weren't human.

And no... I am not a hater, I like his natural look, but Prince became the sex symbol and famous person he is today because of his looks first and then his talent. You think this man would have gotten as far is he was fat, bald and ugly? Hell no he wouldn't have no matter how much talent he possessed. So let's not act all appalled because society is a vain beast and Prince has profited from that very fact.

What you see on this thread is something that is done with every celebrity, its the nature of the industry because celebrities are seen as "the beautiful people". It goes hand in hand with the fame.

It's an odd photo with the sword, but can we really say he's looking buffy for his age? His arms are looking alright to me, but it's hard to judge unless you saw his arms in real life.
