I actually think everything he played over the passed 3 nights sounded better on CD. maybe just cuz it's still so new to me. still fun to watch tho the only studio cut that I thought sounded slightly better was Old School Comapany He absolutely nailed Dreamer and Feel Better. Boy did I need that! He knocked it out the park nights 1 and 2. The 3rd night got cut short but they were rolling when it went off. Gotta get the album and the lyrix cuz he was talking some smack for real.lol Man, long overdue | |

YUP Dreamer  I enjoyed Dreamers as well. His voice was clear...great effects/reverb on it. He looked good also...healthy. This performance demonstrates Prince's skill on the ax, and Hendrix influence.

the initial two pages of posts on this thread are f... hilarious, think alot of us have had very little sleep the last week. Just for the record, on the "feel Good, Feel Better..." performance, I would give anything to know who the girl with the black mini and whitish top, who danced on stage near the end, is!!!

I'm on an extreme late pass here by not having figured out the reason why these were Prince his last performances for the Tonight Show ?

For all UK viewers, the last of the 3 consecutive Prince appearances is on this evening's (Monday's) airing of The Tonight Show. CNBC channel (channel 505 on Sky digital) at 11pm. The guest should show up on the on screen guide as Dana Carvey.

OK, Prince has put on better performances, but he still kicks more ass than most the the idiots out there today, who pretend to be artists. believe me, if MJ can even come near, to putting up such performances, at the O2 i will be damned, but then again, they all went wild with his lame attempt at a press conference...FACT If it were not for insanity, I would be sane.

I thought I was the only one who felt this way, but the performaces got better each night, but still something was off. Last night, when I showed a friend the performaces. I had said " there something OFF about him, he's just going thru the motions." My friend agreed and said "he doesn't look happy, not like when we saw him in NYC in October. He seem much happier... there he was smilin' and havin' fun." She was right, he didn't look happy. Maybe there is something going on with Bria.. since she didn't perform, and on the first night,Jay said that "he would be performing something from EACH cd." Heal the body
