Is it to much for you in this economy? Or is your fammy side gonna prevail and make you do it? hmmm I'm still thinking about it lol

i think the hype about the economy is just that, hype

so take 'the economy' out of the equation

simply put, is $77 of your income a priority for Lotusflow3r or is it better spent elsewhere.

period

Hype, my ass. I took a pay cut from $12 an hour to $8. Tell me how I'm supposed to justify giving close to eighty bucks to a rich man?

I have been saving my change when I break a $1 and not giving my empty pop can returns to the drunks in the neighborhood. It adds up quickly. purse

It's not too much if the music is good, but I think the layout of the website is hideous and not user friendly at all, so I'm withholding my card details for the moment.

I can easily afford the $77, but I won't be paying it! lol Going by what I've heard/seen so far, I don't think it will be worth paying for. But others may see it differently. wink

I will be joining despite some of my issues with the last site regarding the music download problems with macs. But I did get great concert seats and got tickets to the show at Butter Restaurant in NYC where I was standing up front and got pulled up to dance. For the chance to do that again, I'll give up $77.

Really can't afford it, really shouldn't do it...but I know I will.

As for the hype...it may be just that, but it sure gives employers a great reason to get rid of employees and save themselves some money. Still waiting to hear if I'll have a job. I may as well have an expensive website to visit if I'm not working! neutral Plus, why should we all be poor? Go Prince!

I just spent $50 at the movies for a so-so flick (Duplicity) to add to the 15 movies I see a year with my girlfriend. $77 isn't ridiculous when I consider the numerous ways I throw away $.

I have the money but will wait to hear from the folk who sign up first to hear what the perks are! (music music and more music, UK or European tours dates beg) im definitely buying the album but as mentioned by a few others I'd prefer the hardcopy not a download.

I have his latest perfume & one of his plectrums from the O2. but feel way to old for posters or prince themed jewelry so dont believe i'll want any other 'merchandise'

Hopefully the lotusflow3r members will keep us informed

Nope - I was saving but I gave most of it away to Comic Relief.

As for the economy - I think you'd have to be extremely short sighted to say that the state of the economy is just hype. I'm pleased for you that you still have a job and continue to live comfortably, but just know that there are millions out of work (2 mil at the latest count in the UK), businesses are keeling over left, right and centre (mine included) and that families are struggling to make ends meet (again, mine included). It is NOT just hype. People are really suffering.
I'm not stopping. I haven't even taken my coat off

C'mon and dance while you, while you still have your cherry babe, cherry babe..
