I agree, i really can't see - ALL those tracks that people have been waiting on ALL these years - being available under the 77- pricetag....they are his trump card, and i'll be very surprised if he plays it now. he won't. i don't understand why people are hyping themselves into this kind of a frenzy again. only to complain and bitch and moan again once the site is up and running and there is no online pick n mix 3-D vault for them to stroll through. most likely there will be some newer songs on there, stuff recorded let's say over the last 5 or 6 years, if that. i guess he'll just put new fresh tracks on there as he goes along, like he's done before with "glass cutter" or that demo of "feel good, feel better". people hoping for "all my dreams" or "others here with us" can think again. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps | |

Did I miss the part in the article where it said there would be ticket presales? How do those of you who are so eager to join even know what you're getting for your $77? Vault tracks? Ticket pre-sales? I didn't read anything in that article confirming that. Unless you're assuming that the ticket info for the Leno shows constitutes pre-sales... And I think we all know what assuming (especially when it comes to Prince) does. I don't think $77 a year is unreasonable, but I'd like to know exactly what I'm purchasing; if it's $77 for three albums that I can buy elsewhere for $11.98 why would I join? Also, given the current economic climate, $77 may be too expensive for some people when a few years ago, it may not have been. I would pay $77 just to support my favorite artist, I am sure there is much more that he will give us for the $77 though. | |
