Something happening at Housequake

I still have Housequake on my favourites and I clicked it by mistake today. I noticed that underneath the words 'In Funk We Trust' are 38:II which flash intermittently every few seconds.

Can anyone explain why this is. Could this be some cryptic clue that Housequake is coming back?
