the title of the image is "38-11", rather than 38-II.
Obviously trying to create hype over it so everyone wonders. Which would lead one to assume it will reopen sometime soon... if it was to be closed forever, why put it up now? Unless the bible quotes are true and it is a 'message' to Prince. What a big Prince copier lol.
