'preaches' - i dont care for that much, but singing about his beliefs is okay with me as long as the music is good and the lyrics are well written.

Before he became " ) on his last or first site, I 4get which one it was. The really nice one that had the harp like sound when you moved the mouse over the water (yeah, I'm simply like that ) I would read the Word and pray to God for answers. Once, when me and my ex were arguing and I needed a verse, I asked him to send me a verse and he did.

Phillipeans 4 and it is still helps me when I think of that verse.

But that doesnt alter the fact that Prince singing about his beliefs doesnt bother me, poor lyrics do. I think some of his best work has been based on his beliefs. He is also a very well read/informed man.

I dont like lion of judah, not because of its content, which is a tad odd as I dont understand what he is trying to say in that one, I dont like the sound. Isnt that the one wendy and lisa worked on? But then I dont much like their current stuff either.

Not at all - it doesn't bother me one bit in fact I quite like it - nice to know that he believes in something and that it gives him solace - his world can be a lonely scary place.

Well, if you really want to know, the name of God is not Jehova...the J wasnt even introduced to the English language till around the 11th century A.D. If you go back to the original Hebrew, the name of God is יהוה (Yud-heh-Vuv-Heh)..which can not be pronounced. People tried to translate יהוה and they came up with Jehova. Just thought I would share

doesn't bother me at all. if the music is good and his sincerity is clear, then it's just passionate, good music to me. it only bothers me when he condemns other people or gets too dogmatic, which in the big picture has been pretty infrequent.
