man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

I did like Sign Your Name Across My Heart though. Lenny Kravitz is great, I have all his stuff. Seriously though, I ask you to take a few seconds and check out these 3 performances. If you do and IF YOU ARE HONEST WITH YOURSELF, there is NO WAY that you can say that the man is not a very talented musician. Before you rush to a conclusion, check out the clips...Seriously. I don't really know enough about Sananda to call myself a fan or a hater. I've only heard "Wishing Well" and "Sign Your Name" from back in the day. "Wishing Well" was fun to listen to for about a week after it came out, but it got annoying REAL fast! I never enjoyed "Sign Your Name" at all. In general, the "gravelly" quality of his voice was always offputting to me, and the half-hearted "hee"s on "Wishing Well" sounded like a blatant MJ ripoff.
But hey, if he's made cool music since then, awesome. He's just not my cup of tea.

Now I hate this Sananda name change and all but you just can't deny how good the guy was. No one in modern music ie the 90s onwards has a voice that comes anywhere close to TDD's.

(And does he have any understanding on what the New World Order really is? NOT something to embrace). What a knob! he was cool in the 80's, but that was just so freaking funny

Plus I really miss the old band.

I bought Symphony or Damn and Vibrator a few months back. Both are quality albums. TTD has talent for sure.
