I know, I reposted the correction somewhere on this thread..I realized he didn't mention R&B after I looked at the speech again at HQ;.he basically said "New Jazz Renaissance, Hip-Hop and Soul", (R&B pretty much fits into the soul categor though). Or maybe I just like it because it's starting to look like some of my friends' dos.  Yeah, I agree with all the above. If you could describe his speech in one word, Humble would be it.
