Oh Lord! She's gonna give Mayte (and all of em!) a run for their money- that woman is too GORGEOUS!!! She is so stunning! And she's like 44 or something!

She is just as beautiful in person. No surprise that a lot of men are in line. Deon Sanders is one of em.

Whenever I start to freak out that I'm hitting 40 soon, I pull up pics of her and say to myself, "See? It is possible to look good (in her case, great!) in your 40's" lol

nod Agree with last paragraph. Sheree would be sitting up with the rest of the church ladies with their big hats, waving their fans and shaking their heads from side to side, while Sheree's husband is giving the sermon, and they're looking over at pregnant Plain Jane, whispering to each other, saying Uhmm..hmmm it was only a matter of time before her flirtin' ways caught up with her". Then they'll start playing the gossip game of 'Let's guess who the Daddy is' after the church service over tea and crumpets. lol

Sheree has a very messy past. After her & Will divorced. She got into a dragged out fight in a club with the late Michelle Thomas (who portrayed Theo's girlfriend Justine on "The Cosby Show" & real life girlfriend of Malcolm Jamal Warner) over a very famous dude. She beat her down.. biggrin

Is Michelle Thomas the girl who played Steve Urkel's girlfriend? She was so sweet- that was so sad that she died. sad

Yes! she also played Urkel's girlfriend even though she was much older, she never looked it.Its very sad how she died. She choose to go the herbal route instead of chemo. U right she was a very sweet person. I was fortunate enough to cross paths with her. sad

She also was a regular on the very popular soap YnR before she passed. She had to leave her role early, when she became very ill.She died shortly after that..R.I.P. Michelle

Oh I didnt know she went the herbal route sad

I remember someone brought in a People magazine to work right after she died and there was an article about it and I hadn't even known and I was floored! I loved her on that show, besides Steve Urkel, she MADE that show- she was so funny and adorable!

How did you happen to meet her?

I remember reading that she had some rare form of cancer that usually only afflicts teenage boys- how awful for her to get it. sad

I really enjoyed the episode aired the other night. Jessica doesn't know when to quit. She also knows how to push Sheree's buttons....but I did think it was a little low for her to bring up the abortion.

It looks like Mayte is gonna get in Jessica's ass next week. Mayte seems like a nice and friendly woman but I wondered if she had that "fiery" side when she was married to our boy...(?)

And I thought I would never type this but I'm really starting to like Andrea. Her whole vibe is a trip and she's comic relief in this series. I can tell she's not taking any of this too seriously.

All Scorpios have fiery sides- they just remain hidden until unearthed: but it usually takes a bad situation to make that come about and then, well...it's not exactly pretty. Scorpios are actually quite nice and friendly...until they're not. But you generally have to come for them pretty hard and strong (in a bad way) before they just get it all over with and chop you off at the knees. lol

...that's why I am curious to know what Jessica said to set Mayte off. If this week's episode was any indication, Jessica seems to have a penchant for jabbing others and picking at a sore topic like a newly formed scab. Not exactly a smart thing to do is you are one who's mouth likes to write checks that your ass can't cash hmmm

are u a scorpio too? cause u just nailed my sign 2 a T lol:

But it wouldn't be right since Michelle has passed.

I have to say, it really had an impact on me as well. Of course I never met her, but when that girl brought in that magazine saying she had died I was sort of floored. It was one of those things where you were like, "This girl has died? And so quickly?" it just seemed so sudden (and I suppose it was) .

This ep was poorly scripted in the way that the topic was introduced. I could have written that scene better myself, lol

Mayte buying a live lobster to be killed just to prove a point undermines her whole PETA stance.

Jessica's heroics to save a cockroach...really? Then she goes on to lament the other ladies food choices at one particular dinner when they have already dined together umteen times and she never had anything to say about it all those other times?

The only person currently a vegetarian is Andrea. You would think she would have been the one chosen to introduce the topic initially, before Jessica proceeded with her poking at Sheree and vice versa.

Sheree is one of those people who get "religion" after living on the wild side, then gets all sanctimonious. Her sense of spirituality seems superficial.

Prince, in you I found a kindred spirit...Rest In Paradise.

Sheree doesn't strike me as being all that wrapped up in her Christianity. She seems to be one of those "Sunday Christian," you know the kind who spew scripture and then sneak their little guilty pleasures under the guise of every-day living. She snagged herself a young, handsome minister and decided to "Get Right Wit God" to Ger Her a MAN.

From the bolded part: the only thing is, legally reality shows cannot be scripted on networks because it then becomes an issue with the Unions and becomes a very nasty affair as well as a financial issue. Technically, reality shows do more of "staging" than anything else.

So, what they usually do is have certain producers that have the specific job of "leading" conversations, or goading castmates into converstations or certin reactions, and BTW, this is something that is very essy to accomplish if booze is involved. They can also direct the conversations to the point of saying point blank in mid-filming "we need you to change the topic to how you feel about _________", to jar rersponses. At the end of the day, the producers on a reality show are nobody's friend. It's a very complex way of creating a show because it involves very skillful puppeteering...but nah, this all goes to say that it's probably not scripted rather than "staged". The cast is responsible for what comes out of their mouths...but there will be people behind the scenes having the specific job of "plotting" in a different way by stirring the pot stirthepot

Okay, I had missed the first ten minutes of the episode so it came on last night and I watched the beginning. I had missed the part where Mayte is talking to the group of girls and in the conversation says, "When I was with Tommy, I met these two porn stars and they used olive oil for.... (didn't understand what she said then but obviously something nasty) and I was like, disbelief it's just so gross to hear her refer to her "Tommy days" and you can just imagine what went on. I don't know what I think about her now in all honesty. I mean, she went from class to nasty ass trash and she did it so easily, she seemed to have no problem with that transition. I don't know.....

(bolded part) You are absolutely correct, Jessica sure did dine out with the ladies before and said nothing about what they were eating, and I don't know how some of us missed that. I hadsn't heard about this paryt before. I'm with you.

She went from (reportedly conservative in real-life Prince) to meeting porn stars with Tommy. Wow, one can only wonder how wild THOSE Days of Wild were.

lol So true. I guess in order to have a season 2 there has to be some drama created. I remember watching some episodes of the first 'Love & Hip-Hop' and the reason Jim Jones' live-in gf didn't want to do the show anymore is because one of the female producers, tried to force them to do some personal drama she didn't want to do, and both her and Jim said they no longer wanted any part of it, basically because the show intefered with their personal lives. (Yes I know, I can't believe I used to watch that show..lol) One of the producers of that show is an African-American female, who I think used to be a host on either Entertainment tonight or Access Hollywood, so yeah, these shows are about drama and ratings.
